Dynamic Physical Therapy - North

You don't abide by your own policies. How can you charge someone the $30.00 cancellation fee for cancelling a Monday late afternoon appointment by calling and leaving a message 24 hours earlier on a Sunday? Your policy says 24 hours but does not address weekend calls. Anything to take money from people.

Lindsay, Drew, and the whole team are extremely patient focused. I always feel well cared for and never rushed. They fixed my climbing injuries and got me back to the crag! Thanks everyone!

I had a shoulder dystocia during labor with my son and as a result both me and my infant needed physical therapy. Ashley was great working on his shoulder and Audrey is really helping me heal my pelvic floor (both from labor and carrying such a large baby!) The office staff is amazing, especially Kristen. I recommend this office to every one. I’ve been going to this office on and off for years. I used to see Lindsay for jaw pain, and I know if had a flare up I could see her again.

I was referred to Dynamic by my midwife after the birth of my son. I had some pretty intense discomfort and pain that wasn’t healing how it should have been. 10/10 would recommend and I have been to anyone who will listen. The front desk staff are all lovely and the therapists knowledgeable. Pelvic floor therapy is a very intimate kind of service in a very sensitive area and they do a good job of making you as comfortable as possible. The results are real! Dr. Eddie in particular is a pelvic floor wizard and so incredibly kind. I’m so thankful to have been referred here and hope this review helps someone looking for relief.

I've been attending physical therapy twice weekly at Dynamic's North office since the end of Jan 2023 and it has by far been my best experience with any kind of medical professional. ALL the therapists and techs are so kind and friendly. They genuinely want you to succeed and move more, but are so gentle and encouraging regardless of how quick your progress is. They explain in detail why certain stretches are so useful and help you recognize what works best for YOU. The communication among the staff is amazing. All the front desk ladies are so kind and always call me with cheery voices to remind me of my appointments ahead of time. I 100% recommend this clinc to anyone needing physical therapy for any reason. 💜

This is a very responsive physical therapy business! I really appreciate the reminders by text, phone messages the day before, and a print out upon request. The front desk team is so sweet and friendly and work to offer me as many options as are available to accommodate my schedule. The therapists teach me about my care plan and what I can do at home to make progress, and really listen to what I am experiencing and if I feel the techniques are helping me. I live the aqua as well as the land based therapy because under Dr. Audrey’s supervision, I feel I am getting great care and because the communication is beyond what I have experienced at any other health care office, it is targeted and never wastes my time. It is no wonder they receive 5 stars on a regular basis!

Such a great PT clinic!! They are all SO kind, and all of the therapists are so great. I went while pregnant and after having my baby, and I attribute my quick recovery to doing PT here! Highly recommend!!

My experience has been some of the best care I have received in my life. All of the PTs I have seen here; Dr.s Ashley/Audrey/Eddy have been incredibly empathetic, competent and they actually listen to your concerns. Their assistant Jordan is as well. The front desk staff is always on top of their game when present and with other communications/reminders. All the employees actually seem happy to be there. That alone speaks volumes. I have answers for health issues and making progress for the first time since a botched surgery some 35yrs ago, and finally have hope that I might actually restore full function to my body. I cannot say enough about this place.
