I have only gone to the south location. This group really care about you, your problem, and your recovery. I have had two different issues I am recovering from. Dr. Audrey really became a doctor but a friend too. She really made me feel comfortable to be personal about the issues I was trying to recover from. She really was so kind and understanding but tough at the same time. I have recovered almost 100% and I can’t thank her enough and the whole team. This 2nd therapy I am recovering from is with Dr. Katie. She also loves her job and it shows. Very helpful and listens to what you have to say about how my recovery is coming along and makes adjustments to make sure I don’t over do it and cause different problems. Thai by far is the best therapy group I have ever been to. Thank you all for a great job!!!

The south office location all of the staff are incredibly nice including the receptionists. I love the physical therapists there they are incredibly informed and kind. I had to call last Friday to cancel an appointment the day of because I was sick. When I fly to another state I always get altitude sickness. A lady named Kristen from the north office answered and was incredibly crass and abrasive in her tone. I asked her if she normally works there and she said she’s just filling in. She told me I better call back before Monday or they would close my case. I understand policy but she sounded like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I then received a call today from the south side location apologizing for how she spoke to me (my plan was just to not go back) She recommended I call the supervisor who resides at the north office. I did and just explained that I would like to talk to the supervisor about the incident. She immediately said well she was stating policy and I said yeah but no human being deserves to be spoken to like that. Absolutely deflecting with no indication that she remotely believes me. I asked her name and she said Monna. As my final recourse I looked on their website turns out Monna is the owner above the supervisor. I called back and told them to close out my case. Moral of the story is the owner at the north side office enables her receptionists to speak down to clients and I don’t have time to listen to somebody who believes that I’m less of a person and neither do you. Go to another place.

This is by far the best physical therapy office I’ve been to over the years. The front staff, Cynthiana and Sheila are always welcoming and kind and have a a big smile on their faces when I walk in. I feel like family whenever I come. I started off working with Audrey and she is by far the best therapist I have ever worked with. She went above and beyond to help me receive continued care through insurance, beyond the normal annual allowances. She’s a true gem and Dynamic is truly lucky to have her. I had to switch to a new therapist unfortunately and it just hasn’t been the same. I don’t feel she has any interest in me while I’m there, in fact, I don’t think she believes my condition is legitimate. She actually told me the other day I’m essentially a waste of insurance money. At this point I don’t have many visits left allowed by insurance snd she clearly isn’t going to fight for me to to continue care. I’ve been cleared for Pool therapy so I just won’t see her anymore. I’ve spent too much time on my health to see a provider who doesn’t believe my condition is legitimate and that I don’t deserve therapy. Other than this recent isolated incident, I have been extremely happy with Dynamic and would highly highly recommend them.

I was referred to Dynamic Physical Therapy during my pregnancy, and have been seeing Audrey. She has truly taken the time to find what works to help me manage my back and pelvic pain. I have really enjoyed going to PT (sounds funny.. but it’s true), and I have just had a great experience. Not only is Audrey great at what she does, she is such a sweet and kind person. I highly recommend Dynamic Physical Therapy!

The front desk staff are wonderful. They remember my name and when I have to bring in my kids they remember their names too. And when I'm in the waiting area the front desk staff always greet other patients with the same warm welcome and kindness they do with me. I honestly feel the whole office to include the PTs love what they do. The two PTs I see are amazing. They genuinely care about how I feel prior to the treatment and go over what could be causing any discomfort. I feel like I'm seeing old friends everytime I step at either the north or south location. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here for their physical therapy needs.

I just got done with my 3rd appointment, and each one has been very productive. My shoulder feels nice and stretched every time I go there and I feel a bit better. The ladies in the front are great, very about their business getting everything done on time and very friendly and professional. It’s nice to see people care about their jobs, making sure everyone is taken care of and the people they are helping, it’s definitely rare too. I came in very tight, very frustrated today especially because i had popped my shoulder out of place the day before and things did not seem to be getting better. Everyone was understanding, Erica was very nice while I was in pain and expressed sympathy, and make me feel very comfortable even tho I was very stressed out, and not being nice and patient myself. I ended up feeling better after both my therapists worked with me today, and I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the therapists, all 3 are incredibly nice and understanding. It saddens me my general doctors didnt get me into see surgeons sooner, because I may be forced to leave the state because of poor healthcare, but that definitely doesn’t apply to Dynamics Physical Therapy. Probably the only place I’ve gone in the city and they’ve been kind and understanding of my problems and the pain I’ve been working on fixing for 5 months

I have enjoyed my time here at the south location. It has been a pleasure almost like family. Greeted by Debbie and Jean were so helpful with scheduling. Jackie and Danny have been motivating with pictures of exercises. Miles DPT is very smart/wise in his advise. Erica PTA among other things addressed the scare on my neck (from my wound) which I greatly appreciate. Then there is Chase PTA who challenged me to step up and participate in my own healing(he went above and beyond what I would expect) Thank You All Wish I wasn't moving Bridget

The people (Debbie, Yvonne, Erica and the rest) were wonderful, kind, helpful and professional. Unlike most medical offices, there is virtually no waiting. Your appointment time is the time you are actually seen. Imagine that! And here's small but important detail: the parking is right in front of the entrance so folks with bad knees don't have to hike across a huge parking lot to get to their appointments. Now, if they just had a Keurig bar...
