Only the patient is allowed to go back. It doesn't matter if they are hard or hearing or have memory problems. They most of the time don't return phone calls. If you decide you don't want a procedure the suggest you should have they may tell you they can't do anything else for you. They were really good at first but the longer my boyfriend went to see them the worse they got...well when they got the new doctor that you only see during procedures. Don't recommend thet at all now.

Everything has gone well since I started going to Dynamic Pain & Wellness. The only thing I would like to see is Dr Searcy coming in to meet his patients instead of coming in, doing the procedure and leaving. We need to know the doctor who's working on our bodies! Everytime I went there for a procedure, his team got me ready with my face down on the table, Dr Searcy came in to do the procedure and left right out before I even got off the table. He's just not very personable!

Everyone who works here is absolutely wonderful except for NP Regis Johnson who brings the entire place down. I've been living with chronic pain and illness for 25 years and I have NEVER had issues with a provider. The first time I saw Regis she tried to sell me on a spinal cord stimulator. If she had gone over my history, she would know that it wouldn't work for me. The second time she misdiagnosed me with an SI joint injury and scheduled a procedure. The MRI came back that my SI joint was fine so I had an unnecessary procedure. At my appointment on 10/9, I specifically asked NOT to see her but was told there was nothing they could do. My appointment with her was the epitome of medical gaslighting. I have never witnessed a NP with such a God complex! She will argue with you and cut you off when you ask questions. I told her twice that we weren't communicating effectively and asked to see the Doctor or a different NP. This infuriated her and I was told no the first time. The second time she said she would talk to him, left the room and came back to say the doctor said the same thing. The appointment ended in an argument with her threatening me in the hallway that "I didn't want to see her raise her voice and that I didn't want to go there." She then said "Your not getting ANY meds" (3 non-opioids) until I come back in 2 weeks for ANOTHER procedure and the 2 weeks after that at a follow up appointment.. The clinical director Jessica admitted to me on the phone yesterday that she witnessed how angry Regis was and how upset I was but could really care less about the situation. Great way to treat a patient! She has NO business working in the medical field and treating patients with multiple chronic pain and illness conditions. All she wants to do is sign you up for a procedure like a sleazy salesperson. A detailed three page letter has been sent to Dynamic Pain and Wellness as well as the Alabama Nursing Board. I don't expect a response as they could care less if they lose a patient even the one who was Dr. Searcy's very first patient. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Have had nothing but good treatment. Doctor is quick, no messing about and boom done. Has saved me from major surgery. Taking very good care of knee pain and backpain. If you don't want surgery come talk to them. They will work on your pain. Also, i do not take pain meds, I have not needed to. I'm 54 years old and so far happy that I came here. Doesnt hurt to come talk to them.

Don’t waste your time with this place. They want to inject you under the guise of being “interventional” but they don’t listen to where your actual pain is. Regis is the WORST medical “professional “ I have ever had the misfortune to run across. Don’t dare ask her a question and don’t dare ask to see a doctor because it won’t happen. In this rat race for 2 years and endured painful injections and was looked at like I was crazy because they didn’t work. Went to a new doc and the very first injection worked like a charm. I feel 100% better. The new doctor actually listened to me not like these money hungry circus acts. Buyers beware!!

In the beginning when my husband first started going to the Dothan, Alabama location probably 2 or 3 years ago, it was a 5 star clinic. In the last few months it's become problematic. Doctor and medical staff are great, but the way it's being run is far from perfect.

The staff, nurses and doctors are wonderful. Worth your time. You will do paperwork no matter where you go for pain management, so i don't understand those negative reviews. I have been seeing them for years now and they are great!

I cannot express enough how stupid these people are. My husband has been going a little over a month and every time he goes it’s some type of issue. They don’t even know who referred him there. lol you would think they would know that. Also he had a MRI done a month before he went and on his first visit the Dr. told him he had the MRI but had not had time to look at it. Today he goes back and they tell him they don’t even have it . All I’m saying is be careful they gonna wind up killing somebody.
