Everytime I have an injury I go to Stephen, PT. He is a great guy and PT. VERY attentive and compassionate. The other workers are also very helpful and right on time when you need them. I would not go anywhere else.

If I could give a negative number, they would be -10 for sure! I had a horrible experience with Stephan even though he was good with my daughter. Less than 5 days post op on my knee replacement, his staff was too busy talking and looking at their phones to help me off evaluation table. I tried to reach for my walker when I started slipping off the table but it was too far down and I landed on the top of the Walker with my surgical knee at the spot where the tendon is severed and nerves. PAIN SO BAD I CAN NOT DESCRIBE IT!!! My next visit at approximately 7 days post op was the absolute last time I will ever go here again! Stephen had a troubling patient before me and after she requested a private conversation in the exam room, he came out so angry! He picked up my leg and jammed it toward my head without even speaking or letting me know what he was going to do. I asked him to let me breathe before he did it again and he just jammed it again farther! When I started crying and begging him to take it slow and let me know before he jammed it again, he literally THREW my leg onto the table and said that is fine, just sit here and do nothing for 6 weeks. He said at 6 weeks I will need an additional surgery because that was it. He then left the PT floor. About 30 minutes later, he came back and sat down at the computer. In the meantime, I was doing the few exercises he had told me to do. He eventually asked me what I was doing and I said I am doing exercises you showed me before you slammed my leg down on the table. He then came over and had me do some other exercises. He never apologized and didn’t deny what he had done! This was awhile ago, but I felt I had to let others know and hopefully have them avoid the treatment I received!

High marks across the board. Everyone was highly prepared to treat my case. Stephen Jackson, the physical therapist who I worked with, was excellent.

This place is great. Stephen and his team are very professional and knowledgeable and they take care of you.
