Dreiser Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation PC

My daughter has been going here for about 3.5 months to rehab her knee. I have nothing but positive things to say! Very nice, humble, and inviting to all the patients. Shout out to all the staff at Dreiser Rehab Facility. Thank you for your service in our community!

This was my third time using the services of this rehab center. I had knee replacement in 2011 and 2012. I received excellent therapy and had a great recovery. I just had my hip replaced this past December and immediately called for an appointment. Great location and excellent therapists. Time was taken to explain the exercises and monitored me to make sure that I was performing them properly. I highly recommend this office for those that need physical therapy.

This is the 2nd time that I am using Dreiser for my physical therapy and all the staff there are wonderful. They make me feel so comfortable while I am doing my physical therapy that I forget I am doing it. They all have impeccable bedside manners and I am doing remarkably well with my pain. Kudos to all of them.

This rehab is a convenient location for me since I live in Co op City. The staff are very knowledgeable and nice. The therapist Makayla is one of my favorite therapist. She is very soft spoken, kind and smart. She has a gentle, yet effective touch when she gives manual exercise to my shoulder. She pays attention and monitors my progress throughout. She gives me positive feedback and encouragement which is necessary when you are not sure if you are getting better or stronger. Whenever I arrive for my Physical Therapy I always feel at ease when I see Makayla and Charlotte who is my favorite PT assistant. I’m in phase 4 of my post right shoulder surgical repair and the therapy has been effective and my arm is stronger. For now I will give 4 stars to all that are taking part in the process, 5 stars once I’m 100%LOL! However, I gave 3 stars because of cleanliness. No fault of the staff, they are great at what they do with the patients. I blame management for not hiring someone to provide daily cleaning of the machines (bikes, treadmill, elliptical), bathroom and the general area. If it wasn’t for the location, the staff doing such a great job as well as making everyone feel happy I would have changed the location.

I suffered a broken wrist and had surgery (plate and pins) to secure my injury. The physical therapy was., at times, very painful. When I met with my surgeon today, he was amazed at the progress my hand has made. He marveled at the fact that I was able to do things that would take an additional 3 months to do. Both he and I attributed this amazing outcome to the physical therapy I received at Dreiser Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation My surgeon has now discharged me from his care because of the confidence he has in both the treatment and highly favorable outcome provided by Dreiser Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. There is no better establishment if your objective is to resume an increased quality of life, and recover from an injury.

2 weeks heading into my 3rd and I’m extremely pleased with my results. Staff is cool, (not mean) . I would highly recommend for all your Physical Therapy needs

I'm glad my first therapist couldn't accommodate me after my second hip replacement surgery because I found Dreiser Physical Therapy. I highly recommend them.
