I was very apprehensive about going to PT because of a bad experience I had in the past ( not this facility). From the moment I first entered the building at Drayer, I felt welcomed. After meeting the staff and my plan of care was established, I felt comfortable and was looking forward to therapy. The staff (receptionist and therapists) are so professional, caring, and patient ( the Lord knows patience is needed). I have been coming to therapy for a couple of months, and it has become the highlight of my day. They encouraged me even at my most difficult moments. I would highly recommend this facility and staff to anyone who needs therapy.

The staff here are so kind. Mrs. Embry is very professional, experienced, and compassionate at what she does. I highly recommend Drayer PT for all of your PT needs.

I was sent to Drayer by my urologist for pelvic floor therapy. I was at first apprehensive that it would help. However, Shania was amazing! Not only did she make me feel completely comfortable every step of the way, she also thoroughly explained each exercise and its benefits. She is extremely competent in knowing the physical functionality of my issues and worked diligently to improve my health! I absolutely without reservation recommend her and Drayer Physical Therapy Institute!

I was sent here to Shania for pelvic floor therapy due to Endometriosis and after two surgeries and a partial hysterectomy I still did not have the relief I desired. Shania did an amazing job with getting me to a place of comfort and free of pain! The staff here is awesome! Super friendly and welcoming! If you have chronic pelvic pain and are wanting relief come see Shania and let her work her magic!

The staff at Drayer Talladega are really great! They create a warm and welcoming environment. Shawnia and Jacob; the physical therapists, are very professional, very attentive and paid close attention to every detail of my therapy. Their Sofely spoken voice when giving instruction is much appreciated! They answered and addressed all of my concerns. I really appreciate their one-on-one approach. Made me feel special for sure! I highly recommend them to anyone seeking physical rehab. Gabrielle is such a warm receptionist! Her warm smile always made me feel welcome.
