Drayer physical therapy in Byram is top notch! When you first walk in your are greeted by Alex, who is absolutely fabulous at her job and making you feel right at home! She is amazing at explaining and dealing with insurance and answering any questions that you might have. She makes it super easy with scheduling and is willing to try and make your schedule work with their schedule. Jess and Michelle are the 2 PT's that I worked with the most. They are nothing but kind, compassionate and caring individuals that make the PT journey easy and fun. The environment is welcoming and fun and every session feels like a hang out with your good friends! Any Drayer staff member I encountered here was nothing but kind and friendly and made me feel super welcome! I cannot thank Jess, Michelle and Alex enough for the support they provided me through my PT journey and gave me back my pain free life!! Would absolutely recommend!

The staff at Drayer could not possibly more wonderful. Jess is caring, knowledgeable, accepting, encouraging, friendly, and so, so pleasant! She makes you happy to come to PT, and if you've ever done PT, you know that's saying a lot. The entire staff is lovely. I can't say enough good things about them. ❤️

Drayer is the absolute best physical therapy facility. They have been so accommodating from the very beginning and truly care about all of their patients. They pay extra attention to ensure you are doing all exercises properly, take the time to listen to your concerns, and do everything they can to help you get stronger and feel better. Michelle is my physical therapist and she is the kindest person. I probably wouldn’t continue going to my needed therapy sessions if it weren’t for her. Every appointment is fun and I leave feeling better than the beginning. Alex and Jess are also wonderful people and helpful with whatever you need.

Drayer PT in Byram is AMAZING!!! Dr. Jessica Braun is fantastic and Alex at the Reception is top notch!!!! The support that goes into not only my rehab, but of all the patients I see there is very thorough and caring!!!! I ended up having multiple areas that needed therapy and Jessica was on top of all the therapy I need to have a quality of life during this difficult time. At home exercises are also explained very well so I can continue my therapy at home on off PT days!

My experience here was great! Jess was very helpful and accommodating. She is very knowledgeable about the pelvic floor and was able to address all of my questions/concerns. Very grateful for her and her team!

Excellent facility. All new up to date equipment. My therapist was Jessica who was fantastic. She listened, answered all my questions, suggested exercises to be done at home. She was very attentive to all my needs. On occasions I also saw Michelle who also falls into the same category as Jessica. The office is very clean and all equipment is sanitized after use. All staff friendly. Highly recommend. 5+ stars from this happy patient!!!

I just completed my therapy with Michelle. She was knowledgeable, patient,and very compassionate. Jessica started my therapy and did my initial assessment. These wonderful people were able to strengthen my shoulder so I didn't need surgery. Alex greets everyone who enters Drayer with a warm smile and greeting. Now I start my Wellness journey at this great facility. They are all a BLESSING.
