Drayer Physical Therapy has the most outstanding staff. From the individuals at the front desk who check you in, to the therapists who work with you. Everyone is extremely helpful and kind and works hard to provide the best and highest quality of service for each individual. Their attentiveness and concern for each and every patient, and their needs is amazing. The facility is outstanding and the staff is above and beyond amazing!
The staff at this location is amazing! The environment, music selections, and the friendliness of everyone all made my experience here enjoyable! If I have to have PT again, I will request this location!
My 5 yr old son recently started here for Occupational Therapy and everyone from the front desk and on is just so friendly and nice. I can’t speak on the Physical Therapists personally (I’m sure they are equally as wonderful!), but the Occupational Therapist Heather is fantastic and very helpful. The facility itself is very nice and well kept. Definitely recommend 100%!! I can’t wait to see how my son improves his fine motor skills!
I am so grateful for the wonderful group of people at Drayer! I feel like I have a new lease on life, my mobility is greatly improved and getting better every day. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and encouraging, from the two ladies at the front desk who always greet you with a smile, to their great team of therapists. Haley and Jennifer worked with me, and they were always patient and positive, explained all of the exercises and procedures thoroughly, and answered all of my questions. Thanks to them, i regained strength, mobility, and confidence that I can keep getting better. I will absolutely recommend Drayer to anyone needing therapy, they are the best! Thank you!
I had to do several months of therapy, and when I say, these people are phenomenal! Haley is the sweetest, kindest most compassionate young woman. Jennifer was the best PTA when it came to addressing my issues, and she was easy to talk to. Kelly and Dulce work the front desk, and always greeted you with a smile. Kelly went above and beyond by walking out with me in the pouring rain, to make sure I arrived to my vehicle safely. This facility is awesome!
So many great things to say about Drayer in Prattville, Alabama. Knowledgeable, caring, friendly are just a few ways to describe the atmosphere here! Great for the entire family! Shout out to the front desk for being so efficient and JB for his great 'tableside' manner and knowledge.
Drayer PT was a great experience for me. Therapist Joebeth explained throughout the process what I should expect and he was very patient with me. He worked to treat the problem that I had and I received his full attention during my times of treatment. I would definitely go back or recommend family and friends.
JB has been amazing! And the whole staff is very friendly! He let me know what I need to work on to grow my strength. As my pain got better in areas he would work on the next area. He even recommended other options which were extremely helpful! I am feeling so much better and gaining more strength! I am so blessed to have been coming here!!
