I’ve worked with Drayer a few times. They really are the best physical therapists. This most recent time, I worked with Alexandra and a few others. They were always kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The environment is very down to earth and relaxed, while still remaining professional, which is one of the things I loved most. I loved working with Alexandra. She is a fantastic therapist that really knows her stuff. She created a new exercise specifically for me (thanks Alexandra 😅). If I ever need more PT, which let’s be honest, I probably will, I will definitely be choosing Drayer again.

I was a patient at this Drayer PT for almost 5 months. I was given excellent care by professional, friendly and caring individuals. I would like to mention Zachary Severs and Luke Atkins for being compassionate and understanding of my therapy needs. This location is one that has employees that listen to the patients and try to give you helpful exercises for your specific condition. They encourage you to progress beyond what you can do without causing harm. All the therapists work together to get you back to your functional level. I would recommend this location completely for any physical therapy needs.

This is the third time I’ve used Drayer for my PT. I’ve kept coming back because the environment and the staff are wonderful! I had Luke and then primarily Zach for my PT. It was a really great experience working with Zach. He explained everything and listened to and answered my questions. He was very supportive throughout my PT journey and not a visit would go by that he didn’t ask me how I was feeling and if there were any issues. Nobody really wants to have to have PT, but if you do, I highly recommend Drayer. And I thank Zach with being patient and understanding through this journey.

For years, I struggled with debilitating dizziness, motion sickness, and a constant feeling of being unsteady on my feet. It left me feeling helpless, trapped at home, and unable to fully enjoy my life. My relationships, work, and overall well-being suffered, and despite numerous doctor visits, I was repeatedly told I was "perfectly healthy." Finally, after what felt like an endless journey, Lancaster Ear, Nose, and Throat referred me to Drayer Physical Therapy in Lancaster. I’ll admit, I was skeptical—physical therapy for my ears? But Luke and the incredible team at Drayer quickly changed my perspective. They took the time to explain everything, created a personalized plan, and most importantly, made me feel like I wasn’t alone. After just a few sessions, I began to notice real improvement. My symptoms started to ease, my confidence returned, and for the first time in years, I felt like myself again. Luke patiently explained every exercise and movement, making sure I understood how it would help. Even when things felt strange or uncomfortable, I trusted the process—and am so glad I did. I cannot express enough gratitude to Luke, Rachel, and Blanca Marie. Their dedication, warmth, and positivity turned what could have been a daunting experience into something I actually looked forward to. Each session brought me closer to normalcy, and for that, I’m forever grateful. I wholeheartedly recommend the Drayer Lancaster team. They are truly changing lives, including mine. Simply saying thank you isn’t enough, but truly, thank you.

My experience with Alexandria was excellent. She had the knowledge of my problem and was able to provide me with the appropriate exercises and discharge papers that I will need to continue as an outpatient. Everyone was very professional and nice from Hope at the desk and Kelsey as an alternate when Alexandria was not available. Thanks to all. I will give high remarks and recommendations to whoever that will need PT. Drayer is the place to go !!

Luke & team were fantastic! I didn’t even know there was PT for concussions but the doctor recommended it and after sitting and observing my son participate, I definitely saw the benefits for his “whole” wellness. Additionally, the atmosphere is positive and engaging for all ages. Highly recommend this team!

I had a great experience at the Lancaster location of Drayer for pelvic floor PT. I worked with Alexandra as my PT, who was knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. She was very supportive during my entire PT journey through both the setbacks and progress and made me feel comfortable. The entire team at Drayer was very kind and made it enjoyable to come to PT. It was also easy to schedule and get in which is really important when you’re trying to access care. I would definitely recommend Alexandra and Drayer to a friend or use them again if I needed additional PT care.
