Incredibly good staff who know what they are doing while also being friendly. I never encountered a bad experience throughout my sessions, and I actually looked forward to them as opposed to how I would be going to a doctor's or dentist's office. I wish whoever is in charge of hiring and training the staff there would do the same for my workplace.

I don’t usually do reviews, but I had to recognize the Elgin team for Drayer Physical Therapy. My journey began in March of 2022 when I walked in to meet a very charismatic gentleman named Daniel. With rigorous exercises and some tough love, I was whipped into shape quickly after left ankle surgery. He kept his promise, and I was able to make my cruise in May. In March of 2023, after right ankle surgery, I walked in to receive another warm welcome from the staff (Sy, Shiloh, Mary, Annika, and Jalisa). Jalisa remembered my name and made scheduling appointments easy. I learned that Daniel promoted, and I was introduced to Tia who greeted me with a smile. Tia, Shiloh, and Sy are very knowledgeable and patient. During my 5 months of PT, they made therapy fun and encouraged me every step of the way. I learned new exercises like heel lifts and heel touches. I also experienced new things like cupping and scrapping which help with scar tissue and circulation. Tia, Shiloh, and Sy truly care about your wellbeing and quickly become friends. They make a very trying and painful time, manageable. I highly recommend the Elgin office for therapy!

The team at Drayer on Spears Creek Road is phenomenal! Each of the therapists, and their assistants, took great care of me and payed attention to my needs for that visit. I’m truly grateful for all that this team did to help me become a better, more physically in tuned me! ~Letitia

My experience at Drayer PT located at the Spears Creek location was phenomenal. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgable, and caring. This is a patient-centered place. My therapists (Daniel and Sy) and my assistant (Shimera) challenged me provided encouragement, and helped me heal. I highly recommend them.

My experience at Dryer Physical therapy was phenomenal 🙌 The staff are very knowledgeable, caring, gentle, and they encourage your success. Sy and Shanita were both very up front with me, explaining everything very well. I am now able to continue at home with what I've learned. I return to work on Monday after a long 8 wks, and I owe alot of that to this amazing patient centered Physical therapy center. Keep up the great work ya'll and Thank you.

The entire staff at Drayer were kind, attentive and always greeted me with a smile. My PT, Daniel, was great. He always encouraged me, checked on me after appointments with my GP, and helped to improve my overall quality of life. Within a month's time, I improved my strength, had less pain and was able to begin completing tasks that had been extremely difficult or impossible prior to my sessions. My experience at Drayer Spears Creek was great. Sy was patient with me and explained everything so well that I am able to continue my exercises at home now that I am released. I feel so much better and am able to run and work out again. Also the entire staff works together and it was a fun to watch them interact and enjoy their job helping people. I definitely recommend using them for your PT needs.

I just completed rehab from surgery for my knee at the Drayer Spears Creek Clinic. I cannot say enough about how well it went. The team lead by Samantha Bowers is incredibly friendly and upbeat. They tailored a personal program that addressed my specific needs and level of fitness. I would highly recommend this clinic for any type of Physical Therapy or post surgical rehab.
