I am absolutely delighted with Drayer Physical Therapy Institute in Anderson. Dana is my PT and she has done amazing things to bring tremendous improvement to the pain I have from years of sports injuries. Her direction is easy to follow and she is super thoughtful about not over doing. The staff are all joyful and caring.

Diagnosis: ACL tear with meniscus tears (Pre-op PT) I can’t say enough good stuff about Drayer Therapy and Beacon. My mom and I have been coming here for years and would not change that. Let me start off by saying the staff here are extremely helpful and kind. Before PT, I was extremely anxious but Drayer has calmed me. It doesn’t matter if you’re the physical therapist patient or not, they will help you. I want to write specifically about Emily T. She has been my therapist since I first started. When she first evaluated me, she listened carefully and let me ask all questions. She made sure to explain everything to me and made me feel comfortable. Emily continually asks for my input and makes sure I’m doing okay. It doesn’t matter how many times I ask a question, she will answer it. She goes at my speed and attends to me all the time. I look forward to continuing PT with Emily post surgery. Thank you so much Drayer and Emily for helping me and having my health your #1 priority!

No one wants to have to do physical therapy but if you need it, THIS is the place to go! Everyone I came in contact with, starting with Rebecca at the front desk, to my main therapist Kerry, and her PTA Meghan, to everyone who had any involvement in my care be it setting out equipment or hooking me up to the ice machine, were all caring, helpful, skilled, and professional. The thing that was the icing on the cake was the positive atmosphere that was present the moment I walked in the door at each visit. Like I said, no one wants to go to physical therapy but it sure is easier when you know it's going to be a positive experience. Kerry and Meghan were excellent to work with and I'd definitely return to them and Drayer if I ever require therapy again. It is great to be back to doing the things I want and need to do!

My loved one received care at this facility. The care itself beyond anything we could have asked for. Thank you Cody and team for this. The back office is where the issue resides. There is a receptionist-registration worker that is clearly not in the right field for her. Edith or Edie as I've heard her called is hugely disappointing in her treatment of patients. I've worked health care for 20 years and I would not employ this woman. I heard her complain to her co-workers every phone call she took to reschedule appointments from apparently someone on the phone had a child care issue and couldn't make it in. When the call was concluded she made the snarky comment he should bring his child with him to make his appointment. I shouldn't know this patient's situation by just sitting in the waiting room. Is it so difficult to reschedule? I've done this in my career and found that scheduling systems are easy and only a few clicks of a mouse. Is it detrimental to a bonus for her and that's why she's so upset? Or is it working for her paycheck that she has an issue with? Other observations of this person she does not appear to care for you when your insurance needs change and have to seek further assistance via state insurance. She loudly of this patient asked repeatedly if it was a medicaid product myself and several others got to hear the type of insurance and her insistence that the patient will need to change to "medicaid and Medicare hours". There's specific hours for folks that are on federal and state insurance? Why? This is guaranteed money to the provider so why they get to be singled out is disheartening to say the least. Does she know the story of every patient that comes in or is she making gross assumptions of an individual seeking the care that is needed to revive quality of life? Fast forward on this same instance, I even now got to hear what specific insurance this patient had, and didn't even seem to know if Drayer was in network or not. Your privacy doesn't seem to be a concern to this individual. One bad apple certainly spoils the bunch. Edith or Edie whichever she is called is a very poor representation of the Healthcare industry and Drayer itself. Retraining on hippa compliance, customer service, and overall all being a human being is sorely needed. I recommend Drayer for care, but would specifically steer clear or ask for another person to check you in as clearly Edie has issue with her job duties.

When you are in recovery, where you receive your care is as important as your physician. At this clinic they exceeded my expectations in every area. Caring staff, clean and well equipped clinic and therapists that know their stuff! Hope I never have to return but if I need the best care I now know where to go 😊

I received excellent care from their physical therapy team. To a person, they were professional, upbeat, and showed genuine care for my well being. I highly recommend them!

I had two months of physical therapy. The therapists team I mostly worked with, Kerry and Meghan, were very professional and very encouraged by my progress. I highly endorse this Physical Therapy Institute.
