Worst customer service ever! You have no problem sending emails, texts and voice mails to make appointments but when you need customer service, the online ‘pay my bill’ does not text verification code (tried 4 times), your customer service line disconnects your calls (tried 4 times), and no one answers emails. Bad business, folks. Won’t ever go back.

I had heard positive reviews on Drayer Chapin, but I got to experience first-hand their excellence recently with my own physical therapy on my knee. Pete, Kassidy, and the rest of the staff are professional, friendly, and conscientious of the best plan for each person. Dev, who works the front desk, is prompt and always able to take care of my billing questions. Great place to go, with caring people. They even did a follow-up visit when I was released from my doctor to make sure I understood the exercises. I was also given a free app to download on my phone so that I could keep up with my therapy at home!

Superb. I was welcomed with a smile and went through new patient registration. Very professional. I had my initial consultation with Nicole. She was extremely knowledgeable and gentle. I am looking forward to working with each physical therapist weekly. Punctual. Clean. Friendly environment. Knowledgeable.

What a great experience & successful rehab therapy program for me. The office in Chapin SC is great. Devin welcomes everyone in daily calling us by 1st name which makes it more of a personal visit. Levi is great on the initial assessments and very thorough ensuring you get on the right program to recovery, not to mention very professional & courteous to all clients. Pete is a great store leader and therapy manager. He has the ability to multitask clients while keeping the store in check. I like Pete because he remains professional but friendly & his goal is obvious up front to maximize each visit to maximize your results. Even the days I didn't want to do anything he pushed me to Get' Er' Dun. I appreciate that. Last but not least Ashleigh is the sweet silent asassian. One may think with her size & continuous smile she'd be a push over, but not true. She is very efficient in her therapy programs. She is such a professional and nice, but when it's time to the therapy she is a lioness in a good way. She will push you to maximize results while also caring about you and yor health. Overall the staff here is AWESOME & I feel I've known them forever. If this says anything about the team, I referees my Mom and she goes there as well. So I not only believe in their program I trust them as well. Thanks for a great experience.

I started with Drayer yesterday. They work directly with my doctor and even drove there before my first appointment to pick up paperwork and speak to him directly about my condition...wow!! They also ran my insurance and called me to explain the financials before I went. Two other PT places I called in the area told me to call the insurance company myself to determine costs. The initial evaluation was very thorough. They really listened and genuinely seemed to care. I already notice some improvement. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience! I would absolutely use Drayer again. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and encouraging. I never thought I would sad when pt ended! Shout out to Ashleigh Spires who truly made the experience a pleasure!

The staff and environment at Drayer Physical Therapy are great. The attention, exercises and the care the therapists put into each patient is greatly appreciated. They not only work on healing you but work with you to get appointments that work with your schedule. Thank you for getting me stronger and better, being so flexible with my schedule and providing me with a great home workout to maintain where I’m at!

The staff at Drayer are completely dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and getting you back to your prior self. They are with you every step of the way and don’t leave you floundering off to yourself somewhere where you might get it on your own and then again maybe not. They don’t spoon feed you but they do guide you and make sure you’re doing you’re therapy correctly. You are involved in establishing and meeting goals and they are great with working with you on payment plans and after care. I need physical therapy again and I have requested Drayer! I highly recommend them!
