Location is great, Employees are great and while they have no control over it as billing is outsourced and is handled pretty poorly. This is the second occurrence I have gone to Drayer for treatment and had the billing department miss payments made by insurance and then send my account to pre collections. No bill was mailed to ensure it was received before making this move. Sadly, due to this repeated issue I will be seeking treatment elsewhere in the future. I hope these issues get resolved because the staff at this location are truly great and are not the issue for the low review.

I thought my therapist was great, very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. However, I did not care for the open atmosphere where everyone can see and hear your conversations because the tables are so close together. There were some students there which I think is great, but I didn’t like that they just came and talked to my therapist about their plans for the weekend and other personal things during the time my therapist worked with me? There was a day where the students were sitting around the table next to me playing with the Tens unit seeing how high they could turn it up? Not very professional at all. Again, my therapist was great, no complaints there, I just am used to a more private setting in therapy.
I had a great experience at Drayers. Staff was good. Most of the time I worked with Andrew. He was great! He took his time and tried to find out what was causing the pain. All excersises were thought through and helped me recover better and faster. Will recommend this place to others!
My therapist was great to work with. Very good teacher also.
Certain physical therapist are great, others make you feel like a number. Be careful of " surprise bills" . After being told for weeks I owed nothing, I got a 1500 dollar bill in the mail, that was 60 days past due, on the first notice. Now I'm being threatened with collection.
I can more than recommend Drayer. The staff is top notch: qualified, positive, encouraging, varied in their approach to treating a problem, and in addition, every single person I met was more than friendly. I have felt in excellent hands, taken seriously, and have always had a chance to ask questions or suggest something. The bottom line is also that my frozen shoulder has improved tremendously. So, an absolutely great place, in my opinion, and if I ever have something that requires PT, I will go there again.
I had a great experience here. Andrew gave me a personalized routine and didn’t just have me doing the same exact things over and over. Each session was a little different. He really listened to my needs and helped me to feel so much better than 2 months ago when I started. Very impressed.
When my doctor diagnosed the possibility of arthritis in my back, the therapist at Drayer used a combination of massage and core-strengthening exercises to help relieve the pain I was experiencing. The exercises are easy to do and I can continue to do them at home.
