I've been working with Tyler and Tsianina since February 2022, before and after my shoulder surgery for a torn rotator cuff. From the very first visit with Tyler, I was impressed with his medical knowledge and manner. He immediately make me feel like I was in the best hands for my care. The entire staff at Drayer Ardmore displayed professionalism and friendliness and I will forever be grateful for their assistance in getting me rehabilitated after my surgery. Almost 6 weeks ago, I started my therapy. My therapist (G) has gone above and beyond to help with my recovery. She has explained things to me so I have a better understanding of what to expect. The entire staff at Drayer is instrumental in each of our recoveries and dedicated to what they are doing. The passion is felt every single time I walk through the doorway. I will certainly miss them when my pt comes to an end. Keep on keeping on, you all make a difference, a HUGE difference.

The team at Drayer helped me rehab after shoulder surgery. The physical therapists are helpful, informative, and genuinely interested in helping the clients recover. If I ever need PT in the future, I won't hesitate to go back.

LOVED my experience with Tyler and Becky at the Ardmore location! The entire staff was extremely friendly and caring and helped me through my entire journey. I went in feeling a lot of pain and walked out better than I have felt in years. They all took the time to help me understand the exercises and made sure that I was taken care of.

Just finished my therapy for my son last week. Changes need to be made. Therapist walk away from the patient to visit with coworkers. Patients have to ask what's next or wait for her to return. She gives directions as she walks away the comes back saying you're doing it wrong. Very little hands on, all the other therapist with patients with the same problem does massaging between exercise transitions. She will barely do a little then stops to talk to coworkers. My son worked with another therapist a few times and the care was spot on and one on one. Not bouning from one patient to another. I Recommend going elsewhere or have one of the guys as your therapist.

There’s a lot to be said about first impressions and customer service. Had called another rehab organization - not this one - and asked them to check my insurance to let me know how much it would cost and the receptionist was so friendly. She took all of my insurance info and told me she would call me right back. Not here. The receptionist gave me scenarios for what the cost might be and also gave me the option to go onto the website and google the information for myself. Guess which rehab center I decided to choose? Not this one. If front office staff are not customer service oriented, this probably trickles down to the therapists.

I would highly recommend this place the staff is friendly and the PT Tyler is so easy to work with he makes you feel very comfortable and look forward to your next visit. Tyler seems very Knowledgeable in whatever might be your situation, I have been to him for two different issues and he has fixed them both without having surgery.

I've used Drayer at the Ardmore, Alabama location several times over the last couple of years and I have nothing but praise for the care I received. I highly recommend this organization for your physical therapy needs.
