Staff is great. The doctor? Not so much. He was happy to take my money and refused to sign essential forms that I needed to receive disability benefits. He will claim that he is unable to sign them due to his profession, but the state disability office assured me that this was no issue. If you can afford to lose the pay for however long you may be out of work, by all means, see Dr. Nieto. If you anticipate having to fill out disability paperwork, see another therapist. While the staff was wonderful, the $600 I spent here, compounded by the roughly $1,700 I lost due to his unwillingness to assist me in receiving disability payments made this the worst financial situation I've ever been in. And how I can I forget, they didn't keep a copy of the note he gave me for work and his receptionists repeatedly told me they had faxed my doctor's office with medical notes, though they didn't actually do it until the third request. I strongly urge looking around to find the best therapist for you; one who will cooperate in completing necessary forms or at least warn you of their unwillingness to do so before taking your money. I know doctors/therapists have a financial motive, but I never imagined my financial well-being, my livelihood being so callously disregarded. Justin Mitchell
