My experience with this doctor and his office was outstanding. At first, the appointment booking was quick and efficient and I did not have to wait on the phone hours for the appointment clerk, as usually happens with medical offices. Then, the check-in process was swift; it helped a lot that they sent me a questionnaire to my email, so I did not have to spend time answering questionnaires in the office. Then, the waiting time for the doctor was just a couple of minutes, which was a pleasant surprise because several times I had experiences of having to wait for 60-90 minutes. Then, first, the doctor's nurse came and to asked me questions about my problem and I was positively surprised about her knowledge and professionalism. A few minutes later came the doctor who took appropriate time to know about my problem. I liked very much that he did not rush, which is very usual in medical offices. After a couple of exams, I was informed about how to treat my illness and was asked if I had questions. Definitively, if needed, I would return to this office and doctor.
