Dr. Scott A. Charlton, MD

Dr. Charlton is great. My wife had a severe infection that she had been dealing with for over a week. 2 trips to 2 different emergency rooms, 1 trip to the Urgent care and she was in a lot of pain. Dr Charlton and his staff acted fast even though she was not an established patient at the time, they got her in and immediately started working on relief for her. They are compassionate, caring and professional. They took the time to make sure they got her out of pain as soon as they could. We are very grateful for Dr Charlton and his staff. This is now going to be our ENT for the entire family. Thank you so much to the Dr and office staff.

I have seen Dr. Charlton for about 20 years and he's the best. He has helped me with anything that comes up. He has a great concern for his patients and takes the time to listen and evaluate.

Dr. Charlton is amazing! I had nasal surgery and can breathe soooo much better now. The doctor always meets with you, but usually a bunch of others meet with you first. Not Dr. Charlton. He was the first one to see me. He really cares. One of the best doctors I have met. Can't say enough good things about him. His staff is also really friendly.

Dr. Charlton is a subject matter expert and was HIGHLY recommended to me. After dealing with him (tonsillectomy) I now know why. Him and his staff are by far the most organized, punctual and caring doctors office I’ve ever dealt with. Even when I was in the ER having some issues, all the nurses were extremely relieved when they found out it was Dr. Charlton on call. They complimented him on his self-sufficiency, character, and competency; not knowing I could hear everything because all that was separating us was a curtain. Very happy that I was referred to him and would recommend him to any and everyone for all your ear, nose, and throat needs. He is never in too much of a hurry to make sure you (the patient) completely understands what he will be doing, what to expect, and everything else. Thank you Dr. Charlton. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Charlton has ALWAYS treated us like family and takes time to thoroughly treat each of our children. He has performed two surgeries on our children and has stayed with them all the way through recovery. We couldn’t ask for a better ENT and office staff. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Dr.Charlton because I had collapsing on my nostril and a mildly crooked septum. Dr.Chartlon is patient and practical. He doesn’t sugar coat/baby my reactions to pain or anxiety about surgeries/office visits but he is patient with me and doesn’t make me feel bad about it. I had a septoplasty with turbinate reduction and he was amazing. He met with me before surgery, assured me all was going to be okay, my septum is fixed and his staff are always helpful. I 100% recommend Dr. Charlton. He is personable and very knowledgeable in his profession, and this breeds great results every time! He very much cares for his patients. Glad I was blessed by this referral.

Went to him with fluid problem in my Rt ear, he kept insisting l didn't have anything tht he could see. Went to Dr.Harris in Dothan & he diagnosed fluid behind my ear drum, now why could Dr. Charlton not see that ? Sm punctured hole after being numbed was done & out came th fluid tht was so bothersome. I suggest go to anyone else & not waste your time with Scot Charlton.

Great Caring Doctor! My daughter has been coming to him off and on for a couple years for ear and throat infections. She has had alot of throat infections and her tonsils stayed enlarged even when she wasn't sick which made her snore alot and have trouble breathing when she slept. We decided she needed her tonsils out cause she stayed sick alot. Dr. Charlton wanted Brittany (my daughter) to have a sleep study done on her first just to make sure she didn't have sleep apnea before putting her to sleep to remove tonsils. The sleep study came out good no sleep apnea. I appreciate him looking out for her best interest and not just putting her to sleep without knowing. He promised my daughter that he would see her before her surgery to have her tonsils removed and he would remain with her after surgery till she woke up which he did just as he promised. He is just a great Caring Doctor. He always asks if you have anymore questions and answers all your questions. He is a very good kind Doctor who cares for his patients and it shows!
