I have worked with Rachael through two pregnancies & postpartum — she is wonderful!! I went into my births feeling so equipped after everything she taught me about preparing my pelvic floor. Working with Rachael on specific breath work & core exercises helped tremendously with any residual discomfort I had postpartum as well. I cannot say enough good things — if you are looking for a pelvic floor PT who is knowledgeable, and who makes you feel so comfortable especially with these vulnerable topics, Rachael is your girl!!

I'm so glad I found Dr. Rachel's practice! I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Meagan who is also a fantastic human. After my second child, I experienced ebbing, radiating pain in my groin/inner thigh area that was especially intense after sitting or standing for long periods of time. I opted for the 3-session bundle and since the completing the sessions and working on the exercises, I'm pain free. I know how to think about walking, standing, lifting, and moving in a way I never knew before. I really believe these sessions changed my life.

Dr. Rachael came and presented at my moms’ group a couple of months ago. Her presentation was thorough and engaging. She had such a calming demeanor and felt like someone I could trust. I decided to stay after the presentation and talk with her about some problems I had been experiencing. She genuinely cared and wanted to help me. I’m so glad I decided to start seeing her. She has given me so many different techniques and exercises to help me with my problem. I was terrified for my first session but came out feeling so comfortable and confident that I had done the right thing by coming. Her office is very clean and welcoming. Her virtual assistant, Emily, is also fantastic and is so quick to respond and answer questions. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Rachael enough. She is kind, patient, and truly cares about her clients. If you are considering pelvic floor therapy, she’s your girl!

I never knew how important pelvic floor health and therapy could be! I was prescribed therapy for symptoms of bladder/rectal leakage, and an exam revealing poor positioning of my pelvic floor by a Colorectal specialist. I am so thankful to have found Dr. Megan Merlo, an associate in Dr. Rachel Miller's practice, to be my therapist. She is very knowledgeable, a caring advocate for women's health, and an excellent communicator. In 6 sessions she was able to teach me what to do to strengthen my core muscles, centering on my pelvic floor. She helped me understand how I can protect my body from injury by lifting well and building healthy habits of strength building to keep fit for playing with grandchildren and doing all the hiking and skiing that I love into the future. The extra bonus was the relief from painful intercouse that I felt from a strengthened pelvic floor!! Why don't OB/GYNs tell women about this?!

Dr Rachel is one of a kind, inspiring, well knowledgeable woman that you must see for your well being. She brought so much more awareness to my body and that alone felt healing. On top of the workouts she gives and using her healing hands on you - you feel completely at ease and safe with her. I will recommend her to all my friends who are mothers and are planning to be. Well worth it.

I had such a great experience working with Meagan! I had struggled with lower back pain for 3+ years after having a c-section, and had tried multiple different therapies without luck. After three sessions, I not only have little to no back pain, but have exercises and a plan that has me set up for success moving forward. Thanks Meagan!

Dr Rachael is truly one of the most caring and supportive people I have ever met. I have seen her for several different issues during my journey of pregnancy & postpartum. I had major discomfort due to SI pain and pelvic varicosities in pregnancy and felt like no provider was hearing me. Dr. Rachael went above and beyond to help me feel better and find me as many resources as possible. She will be my first phone call for any future issues or pregnancies!!

Dr. Rachael was a life saver when I started seeing her postpartum. I didn’t realize all of what the pelvic floor is and how it can affect so many areas of healthy functioning. She taught me so much, gave me helpful exercises (both physical and mental), and gave me confidence that I could heal and thrive! Every woman should have a PT like her! Thanks, Dr. Rachael!
