Dr. Phillip Kravetz, MD

Giving one star is too much for this man!! I went a couple of years ago with horrific neck pain. I was currently under pain management and was hoping to get off of it by having surgery! The 12 minutes he spent with me 11 1/2 of those minutes were used to barate me for being on pain management and then told me surgery would not help me! I was devastated!! Only to find out now that the nerves on both sides of my neck are being crushed with absolutely no reflex response on the right side!! Which he would have known if he had just looked at the MRI. It's very disheartening that people of this stature who you intrust to help you use their gift just to be spiteful!! All people on pain management are not drug addicts trying to get more!! Pay attention to your patients! They are there trusting you to help them! I went an additional two years in pain and many painful procedures because I thought surgery was not an option! Now I'm having surgery next week and everything I have learned has infuriated me to no end, that this Doctor was so thoughtless and quick to dismiss me? This is someone who doesn't deserve to practice medicine!!

During the pandemic I hurt my neck while babysitting my young twin cousins. I went to a chiropractor for years prior to this. When I met Dr.Phillip he said I was idiotic for taking the muscle relaxers my Dr prescribed me and then told his entire staff that because I was young, taking the pills that were prescribed for me, and since he couldn’t see anything on my x-rays then I was a DRUG ADDICT before ever meeting me. After I began to cry for being accused of that and being in pain he sent a female worker and told her I was having “lady problems and needed to wrap it up”. So with upmost disrespect I hope this man gets everything he deserves. Here I am 4 years later getting surgery to FIX MY NECK.

Not the best bedside manner but my back feels amazing I’m 35 and was in constant pain couldn’t play with my kids work hard etc etc but now I feel even better then before definitely follow all the rules after surgery but I would recommend Dr. kravitz to anyone I still feel great had my surgery in February

Dr. Kravetz and his staff are very devoted at what they do in caring and treating their patients. I was very terrified when I broke my back. As I have received care under Dr. Kravetz and his staff I have felt very calm due to the care that I have received. They let me know they are there for me as long as I need them. That is such a comfort for me. I remember him in the hospital coming by my room explaining to me about the injury to my back. I didn't fully understand because I had COVID at the same time but he made sure I did understand before I left the hospital. I'm very grateful for him.

I just wish that everybody would listen to me when I am talking to them. And exactly what happened and when it happened and how it happened. But they don't they feel like they know everything? And they're gonna do the things that they want to do the way they want to do it. They think they know you just by looking at you. And they just form an opinion when they don't need to listen to the patient. The patient knows what there's what they're going through and aint no physical therapy gonna help this back. I'm gonna be honest with you. It's gonna hurt it and it's gonna hurt it worse. And then i'm gonna sue a lot more people than what i'm doing now

I went to dr kravetz only to be grilled about how I got physical therapy . That’s it’s impossible for me to get therapy how did I do it 4 different times he asked me this but never touched me and when I ask about something for arthritis and before I could tell him my celebrex was not working dr kravetz spoke up and said we don’t give pills here you’ll have to find another doctor . A week before dr Kravetz wrote my dad a prescription so I know he lied about riding prescriptions. This doctor is a liar and I ask him does this mean you’re not gonna be my doctor and he walked out so I’m he’s not my doctor and I don’t know anything I’ve gotta find another one Worst bedside manner I have ever had I would be a shame to treat somebody that way ! I was I was hurting when I went in, but I was miserable when I came out because of how I’ve been treated. It’s not good to treat old people this way.I can’t help what insurance I have and I don’t think you should discriminate against patients after all, is not talking to a doctor not part of the appointment? How do you figure out what’s going on? I could not even talk to Dr Kravetz. He blew up on me accuse me of something I’m not not looking for pills. I was looking for different arthritis medicine I couldn’t even tell him because he blew up and walked out. I’ve never had a doctor do this, I wouldn’t advise anybody to go. I’m sad I wasted my appointment only to be discriminated against because I have medicaid! WARNING DO NOT USE DR Kravetz. If you have Medicaid, he will discriminate and belittle you! I will be going to pick up my complete records from Dr Kravetz because I’m afraid for him to have it because of how I was treated. I do not want to be belittled are done wrong by him anymore. No one should be belittled because of their insurance.I will be recovering my medical records before dr kravetz has a chance to harm me more. Dr Kravetz left Texas because of a fraud issue. I think it might be more issues especially if you have Medicaid.

Dr. Kravitz was very informative and explained a treatment plan that finally made since after many years of trying to receive help for my chronic neck pain from other physicians. So thank you Dr. Kravetz!

PTL for Dr. Kravetz and his team for performing an amazing spinal fusion on me! I feel better than I have in years! It will still take about a year to get back to normal but this is so encouraging for now! Pain is less than before and mobility will improve. ❤️
