Dr. Michael L. Jensen, DO

I tried becoming a new patient here to explore non-surgical options for ligament and tendon tears, but the office was unable to intake a new patient. The lost my insurance information, never returned my call, seem to have no ability to understand injuries. For example, the receptionist said - "so you just woke up and your elbow was hurting?" I had to explain numerous times how the injury occurred while I was exercising. I provided all of my insurance details and then they apparently lost it because they said they had no information on me. They were to do an insurance check and I waited two weeks and never heard back. I finally asked to speak with the office manager and she had a terrible attitude and said she can take a compliant but did not make any effort to make the situation right, get me in the system and taken care of. I've decided to seek medical care elsewhere as given the front office situation at the medical facility, I would not trust my care with this doctor. If the doctor is reading this please reach out to me. By the way, within 5 minutes after getting off the horrid call with this office I was booked in Roseville with a doctor that has excellent recommendations.

My husband had SEVER back pain. He has degeneration of discs and has parkinsons. Dr. sent my husband to a "Neuro Physical Therapist" who helped my husband in a BIG WAY with simple daily excercises. We were very impressed with the fact Dr. Jensen knew what the issue was on the first visit and did not try to sell his services but yet did what was best for my husband. The fact that his issues are gone without surgery or drugs is a miracle in this day and age and all because Dr. Jensen knows his stuff. He is so easy to talk to and has a delightful personality as does his entire staff.

It's an honor to be the first person to review Mt. View Rehabilitation and the owner, Dr. Jensen. I am 67 years old and some of my joints hurt. It is not the joint itself, but the ligaments that act as pulleys on the joint itself. A year or so ago Dr. Jensen's staff worked on my left shoulder a few years ago by massaging the area and giving me a set of exercises to do multiple times a day. At the end of that treatment, my should worked perfectly, was free of pain, and has not hurt since then. Now, a year later, the other shoulder is hurting. I am looking forward to the series of treatments and the ultimate absence of pain in this shoulder.

I am a gynecological patient of Dr. Jensen’s. I have found Dr. Jensen to be very knowledgeable, professional and caring. I give her five stars. I am a retired R.N. And am particular about my medical care.

Have always had a great experience with Dr. Jensen & staff. He even does phone appts !! In fact get to see him today😗
