I postponed getting a back injection because of COVID-19 and being very high risk. I went to new appointment because back had gotten worse as well as walking very limited and painful due to botched left total knee replacement in 2012 and new pain on right side. Dr. ordered right hip x-ray. I read results of x-ray on online patient portal. Very alarming results about both hips. I expected Dr. to call next day to discuss these new findings. Did not receive a call. I sent online message for doctor to call me to discuss results and what options I had. Medical Assistant left 7 word message repeating x-ray impression, but no call or discussion with MD. Left another request to speak with doctor. LPN left brief answer-- no doctor. After I had left 3 messages and made 2 calls , for doctor to speak with me, and 5 days later, doctor finally left more detailed information. I'm an RN and was brushed off and dismissed. I have always had doctors who had the integrity and courtesy to speak to me regarding new and serious information. Communication is of utmost importance!! This doctor did not care!!

Saw this doctor for 11 months, she had absolutely no solutions for me, her pain management was trivial at best, I cannot believe she calls her self and neurologist, she knows nothing about the nervous system, I have been in acute pain since a very bad accident, she had me on tramadol which didn’t even begin to touch the level of pain I was in, she let me go on like this until I finally stop seeing her if you’re looking for solutions I do not suggest this doctor if you’re looking for pain management, go somewhere else

Patricia is just and old white lady and get triggered when she doesn't get the response that she was looking for... it sounds like they gave her all the information but she just wanted to have a convo with the DR..
