Took 2 months to get an in person appointment. I show up to my appointment 30min early and drove an hour just to be told my appointment has been canceled. They said they called me and left a message but I showed them my phone that I did not receive any missed call or voicemails AND! I received their email at 8am that day reminding me about my appointment for the day.. dude come on... To top it off they could not set up an appointment for me because I am a new patient and need to call a number to set another appointment.

I have to pay cash cuz my insurance company sucks, I am severely damaged,all ways in pain. 65% disabled. No more workmans comp. in pain all the time and can't even get ssi
