Dr. Madelaine M. Aquino, MD

Would not recommend her for anything other than a basic simple injury that can be seen with your eyes, for that she might be ok. She typically has no patience (5 min appointments on a good day), can be rude, she thinks she knows everything (but definitely doesn't), she gives no medical advice (like do or don't do this or that), is very inconsiderate for a doctor (does not offer things you might need, like a splint, crutch, sling, ice pack, etc., but will offer you pills), but worst of all she assumes the worst in you (jar half-empty kinda person). I had an unusual injury and she failed miserably. She refused to give me a diagnosis, the physical therapy didn't help (made it worse). She eventually called me a liar and kicked me out because my injury was not improving like she imagined it would/should. Some in her staff can be kind of rude at times. To be fair, she was better than another doctor I previously saw, but that doctor was downright evil. It actually worked out good that she kicked me out, since I found online advice from another doctor and got a better diagnosis that made more sense and have been doing better ever since. I just needed some simple advice like using an ice pack (and it helped drastically). Dr. Aquino could not even offer me a simple bit of advice like an ice pack, which would have helped me drastically...pathetic for a doctor. Overall, I wouldn't go to her, she cares more about her ego and her practice than she does the patient, and she imagines evil things about her patients (like calling me a liar to my face multiple times).

She doesn't listen and thinks she knows everything she is very rude and takes over a month to fill out a piece of paper even after she is told it's very important that it gets done soon.

I took my wife in and she complained of severe pain that was out of the normal she had been seeing Dr Aquino for. She recommended physical therapy and told my wife to take it or leave it and walked out in a huff. The physical therapist suspected something else may be wrong and suggested more testing but Dr Aquino refused!!!!! Four weeks later my wife had passed away from cancer. The extreme pain was caused from fractures in her spine. Do not see this person!!!! And to add insult I just received notice that she had billed Medicare in March 2021 for services dating back more than a year. My wife passed away in September.

My grandfather has been going to Dr Aquino for at least 5 years. She has accused us numerous times of being skeptical about his pain meds. He uses two different pharmacies. She made us numerous times print out a list of all the times we went to the pharmacy and had her prescriptions filled. We found this odd. She explained it was because she was involved in a lawsuit of some people who were using the prescription unlawfully. Anyhow, after two times in at least 5 years that he lost his prescription, she refused to refill it. Very rudely. My grandfather has been taking the same pain meds for years and cannot be without them. How horrible for her to refuse to get him a new copy. He has the beginning of dementia and I'm sure isn't the only one to ever lose a prescription at his age. Anyhow, I found the prescription and we are definitely changing DRs. Her always being rude and suspicious is gone too far. If Anyone knows if a good pain management Dr, please let us know. He has a broken back currently and many other problems. Grdnfather

I went here to Dr. Aquino for an EMG and Nerve testing. I was scared after I read a lot of reviews on the internet about how painful it could be. She was patient with me and had good techniques that helped ease the discomfort and reduce the stress I was feeling. Definitely was not as bad as I was expecting.

She is very professional. She gives the Rigth treatment. Honest personal

Basically Dr Aquino is not your best choice to find an answer to your pain she has an attitude and very arrogant. I don’t recommend her
