Dr Shin and his staff were very cordial honest and sincere. He is obviously a highly trained intellectual in his field who speaks and communicates in simplistic terms with honesty passion and heart. In spite of the fact his conclusions of my assessment was not what I wanted to hear at all. But I thank him for his sincerity and empirical observation Point by point.
