Dr. Carroll M. McLeod

Dr. McLeod has been instrumental in helping me with the chronic pain I have from an injury. I have been seeing him for 6 years now and am so thankful for all his help. He and his staff truly care about their patients and want what is best for them.

Been going to Dr. McLeod since 2020. I changed my insurance to Humana, he got really upset, and even raised his voice to me!! Told the nurse to not put the IV in, and asked me why I changed insurance!!! Said I could pay for the procedure and let insurance company reimburse me! Told me Humana wasn’t any good, and everyone was going to stop taking it!! I was there for injections in my back! It was even a couple sitting on the other side of the screen who were also shocked the way he talked to me, as the nurse was also! After that his office totally changed towards me!! I was supposed to get an appointment to get nerves burned in my back, didn’t hear from them after two weeks, so I called . Jessica his nurse told me the insurance denied the procedure!! I called the insurance company, it hadn’t been denied, Dr. McLeod canceled it! They just out and lied! I got the insurance company to send me a copy of it!! I called his office again and spoke with Jessica about my concerns of being discriminated against because of my insurance, and what she told me wasn’t true!!! Also told her I’d find another Doctor because I didn’t feel safe with Dr. McLeod doing anything to me!! After the way I was being treated, I’m not taking any chances! She said ok! Never even tried to deny anything!! I’m still just in shock over it! They acted very unethical. Mississippi Sports Medicine takes Humana PPO, but Dr. McLeod doesn’t like it! I have filed a grievance with my insurance company!! And have contacted MSM about how I was treated! McLeod knows he was wrong, and he knows exactly what I’m talking about!!!

I was highly impressed with Dr. McLeod and staff. He listened attentively to me as his patient. I was well pleased with his diagnosis of my condition and I do believe I’m in great hands.

Dr. Carroll McLeod has a fantastic personality and very pleasant when explaining how he needs to proceed with your treatment. All the employees I meet in his office and surgery clinic were so pleasant and helpful. Everyone together made the procedure very pleasant and doable. Definitely would recommend them to everyone.

After 7 years of being treated my Dr. pretty much accused me of selling my medications since I forgot to get one refilled. Although I never failed a drug test, had not gotten any refilled and had more medicine than supposed to or even asked a reason to why. (I am busy) They were more concerned about their license instead of my health. Still in shock on how I was treated after 7 years...

Very short wait - in and out in 45 minutes. Always friendly staff. Dr. McLeod was very receptive to my concerns and seemed genuinely interested in helping me get some pain relief. Good visit.

Dr. McLeod is an EXCELLENT and very caring doctor. He has been my doctor for more than 20 years. He and his staff have always taken excellent care of me and my family.

We have been using Dr. McLeod for a few years now and absolutely love him. He is kind, compassionate, and extremely good at what he does. I highly recommend him for all your needs.
