Dr. Andrew Lopez Chiropractic and Sports Medicine

I like the chiropractor but I refuse to go there from now on because I got the reminder text for my appt at 5:15 pm alerting me that my 5:15 appt was for the next day and so as soon as I got the reminder text I called them to reschedule the appt. They said since I was calling less than 24 hours before the appt time that they were going to charge me $30. I just got the reminder text and that is sent out at exactly 24 hours apparently. If I’m being a good client, I’m calling you as soon as I get the reminder text for the appt to let you know if I need to reschedule. They said i should’ve remembered when my appt was when they gave it to me. To me, I understand having to pay the fee if I cancelled the same day as my appt. But the day before? We shouldn’t have to get charged a fee for calling the day before to cancel or reschedule an appt. Its unreasonable. How unfortunate to have a good chiropractor with staff that has to enforce such a lousy policy the day before.

I went to see Dr. Lopez for on going lower/mid back pain and a reaccuring calf injury. This was my first time to a chiropractor, so I did not know what to expect. As an avid runner and crossfit athlete, the constant overhead lifting and running is taking a toll on my body, specifically my hips and back. In just my first visit, Dr. Lopez was able to adjust and correct my areas of problem like I’ve never experienced before. The stress and pressure I was having from the pain and discomforting aches vanished. Between the corrections, graston technique used and muscle stimulator pads, all of my pain and discomfort is gradually healing and back to a point I didn’t think I’d get back to. I now see Dr. Lopez on a regular basis and highly recommend seeing him!

Honest, friendly and smart; Dr. Lopez is the best! Always reliable and understanding of what is going on and his location is great too! I look forward to treatments with him every week. Highly recommended to anyone experiencing pain, he makes you feel right at home in the office!
