I'm so happy Dr. Alex finally has a Google+, and website going. He is absolutely the best Chiropractor in Northern California. I'm an avid cyclist, gym-rat, and musician, and over the past 10 years I've had need for his services on several (major) occasions. The last time was this past winter when I strained my lower back (worse pain in the world). I called, and he was able to see me that day. He could tell right-away, by the way I was standing, I was in pain. He began treatment, and almost immediately I was able to begin relaxing; what a relief! If you've had back pain, you know how hard it is to relax. After two weeks of therapy, and treatment; I'm happy to say, my back has healed and I feel great. Dr. Alex is also a very personable and makes you feel welcomed. His knowledge and professionalism are second to none. I have recommended all my friends and family, and feel confident recommending to anyone in need of great Chiropractor.

Very professional and has integrity lost on a lot of chiropractors who just want your money. You will walk out of his office with your head held high. Why?.. because your posture will improve immediately after he adjusts you. My neck has been in such bad shape after accident 10 years ago that 3 chiropractors weren’t able to adjust my neck. Dr. Bamdad was able to and I’ve never felt better.

After being injured at a different chiropractor, I got really good at spotting bad chiropractors, and I got very skeptical of their methods. Dr. Alex, however, is one of the best chiropractors out there. He is so careful, he explains what he’s doing before and while he’s doing it, and he actually listened to me when I told him what my issues were. I could see his genuine concern for me from the moment I walked in (all hunched over from my years of back pain and nerve pain). He knew I was hesitant to trust another chiropractor, so he didn’t even schedule a follow up after my first visit. He told me to take a couple days, see how I feel, and if I was comfortable coming back to do so. I’ve been twice now, and I’m planning to stick with him long term. After two visits I’m almost back to normal! I was in so much pain I couldn’t stand up straight, I couldn’t take a full shower without having to take breaks and sit down. I couldn’t even walk through grocery stores or the mall. He’s given me my life back! I couldn’t be more thankful that I found him. I’d recommend him to anyone!

When I was first treated by Dr Alex, I was really in pain & some spasms all over my back. He is really the best chiropractor. He treated every patients with care. Now, I’m back in shape!
