Downs Care And Rehabilitation

The staff take excellent care of my mom. They are professional, compassionate and caring. The facility is clean and has a homelike environment. The facility is like one big family. I live approximately 2 hours away and I never worry that mom will not have the care that she needs or deserves, which is great relief to me and my family.

The people who work with the elderly have a very hard job. When I call and ask questions they answer my questions. Right away. I'm very grateful for the people that work there and take care of my loved one. Thank you.

They take excellent care of their residents. They treat them all with dignity & respect and as family. Staff greats each person coming in to visit with a warm & friendly smile & hello. It is always clean. God bless them all! There is not a better place anywhere!! 💕

I not only work at this facility as a Travel Nurse, but recently had my mom admitted for Rehab to Home after she was discharged to soon from the Hospital. The Therapy Team did an awesome job at getting her strength back up, and able to go home. The Nurses/CMA's/CNA's took good care of her and her needs. She was eating all 3 meals, which says alot for the Dietary/food. And Anita & Ami were awesome in getting her admitted on an emergency basis and helping me get through the paperwork. It's amazing what can get accomplished when everyone works as a TEAM‼️😷(May 2020)

I have family there and there take very good care of them there. Always call you if there are any questions or issues. Provide great care to the residents there
