On hold for 45 minutes on my cell phone. Came home and called from my land line and it rang for 15 minutes before someone picked up. This is not the first time this has happen when calling to confirm an appointment.

Terrible terrible terrible!! I honestly can drive to Medford Oregon, be seen at the ER be treated and drive back before the line even moves at the oroville hospital. Doves landing will make sure you slip through the cracks while they hide you in an appointment book. Everything is 6-8 weeks out no matter what your condition. To even get a rx refill you have to make an appointment so you can get it in 6-8 weeks. Anything that counts I absolutely do not trust Oroville hospital system. Better off performing surgery on yourself!!!!

I have just waited 30 minutes past my appointment time for someone to call my name. This is after waiting 45 minutes to see a Nurse Practitioner after my last appointment. Every time I visit this place, I see a different Nurse Practitioner who is a "traveling nurse". No one seems to really care about my health, which luckily for me, is very good. If I really needed care I feel that I would be out of luck. This practice cares about money, not their patients. If you are thinking of going here, I would strongly advise you not to.

Not very happy with this organization. There is always a conflict with insurance approval after they schedule any appointments. They fail to send referrals out and then leave it up to the patient to deal with the insurance. The list goes on, but this was the overall deal breaker.

Used the urgent care clinic services a few times for my child during concerning fevers, chronic sinus infection for my husband and got a physical as part of a CDL requirement. Usually pretty fast, the staff were good, waiting area clean and overall, the clinic serves it purpose. Glad we have it.

I have always had a great experience being seen at Doves Landing. I get appointments very quickly and I'm always able to see the specialist I want. It's clean and tidy. No complaints from me!

I came to Doves Landing a few years ago when I moved into the area. I have some issues that require some monitoring by health providers, but luckily my overall health is good. The doctor they started me with was great, but he left. Followed by another who left. I was continually passed to PA's for cate, but having nurses in my family I felt confident with them. Problem is, they kept leaving. My last visit was in August (2 months ago), seen by a PA who had reviewed my labs and said unless I fell ill I didn't need to see her for 6 or 12 months, which ever I felt comfortable with. I have to have B12 injections and had been going in monthly to get one. My last one was in August... I called last week and made an apt to come in this morning (Oct) to get an injection. When I attempted to check in the receptionist informed me I probably would not receive an injection because I had no provider. It appears the PA I saw in August has also left. I tried to explain that I have been getting injections every month... She confirmed that and said but you didn't in sept now you have no provider. She informed me they have doctors I just hadn't wanted one. My level of anger flaired... Then why had they passed me off these past years if there are doctors available. The woman was rude and I chose to leave without making a scene. Done with Doves

I've been going to Dove's Landing for primary care since they opened. My doctor retired but I've seen several of the PA's there and they've all been wonderful. I've never had to wait too long and don't feel rushed. I've recommended Dove's Landing to family and they've also been happy with the care they received. The office is beautiful and their Covid safety practices make me feel safe. Definitely recommend.
