Very nice facility and friendly staff. Did a great job to get me in for a cleaning quickly when I moved to town. I have follow-up appointments set with them already. Update: They did a great job on my fillings. I wish they were in network for me, but I am willing to pay the extra based on the quality service I am getting from them. Keep up the great work.

The doctor was very understanding of my fear of the procedure I had to do. He was good at calming those fears by giving me information & details of what was involved & my options.I ended up doing IV sedation. I felt nothing & have no memory of the stressful procedure. The gentleman giving my anesthesia was super as well. And I cannot forget to mention the other staff. Everyone was pleasant & helpful even down to the office staff who called to remind me when to begin my antibiotics. Thanks to all there at Dover Dental who made this procedure as easy as possible for me.

I am a new patient so I was very apprehensive about my first visit as I have been to other Dentists and always treated like just another number on their list. Here, I was immediately greeted by a friendly professional Receptionist. It didn’t stop there, the Dental Assistant was just as polite, compassionate and very professional. The Dentist provided me with outstanding service, knowledge and experience. This was absolutely the best customer service I have experienced since recently moving to Arkansas. I actually look forward to my next appointment which I never thought I would say about going to the Dentist!

Great experience ( as much as can be for a trip to the dentist 😁)! Jean was the first friendly face who checked me in and took the time to explain everything. Jacklyn followed with an excellent teeth cleaning, very thorough painless. Then, met Dr Hart, very professional, took the time to share his treatment approach and discuss future dental plan for me and answered my questions. Thanks to all at Dover Dental.

Dr. Hart and staff are the best. They do not rush you. They take time to talk to you and explain everything. They patiently answered all of my questions. Dr. Hart discussed my treatment needs with me, not just tell me what my treatment would be, and he advised me what my options were. They do everything possible to make you comfortable and well informed. Their front office also works hard to see that your financial burden is as low possible. And, all with a smile. Great folks all around.
