went for the first time and seen pd GABRIELLE LUGO and she was passive aggressive / rude. Was told my baby is drinking too much milk then goes on to say she doesn’t have enough wet diapers 🤦‍♀️ make it make sense… avoid scheduling with her to save yourself a headache.

My 9 yr old son lost his cap to one of his teeth and is in pain but this place DORS NOT CARE AND REFUSED TO SEE HIM OR DO ANYTHING TO HELP!!!!!!! SO MUCH FOR THEM CARING ABOUT KIDS!!!! I WOULDN'T CALL THESE PEOPLE THEY DINT CARE!!!!

don't really care for this place at all brought my son there and the doctor goes and calls me at 7:00 at night just two get a test done. I find that every unprofessional for a doctor two be calling someone at 7:00 at night.

Love the Center. Everyone there is great from check in to checking out. I highly recommend the Pediatric Center of Excellence, best place that has happened in Douglas.

It is terrible when you call this Pediatrics office and NO-ONE picks up the phone! It just rings!! All Day!! Not even an answering service! Unacceptable!
