I'm sure the doctors are wonderful, but I had an unprofessional experience with the receptionist. I was in ICU and nearly lost my life due to arrythmia. The receptionist told me she couldn't get me in until January and when I attempted to plead with her for a sooner appt she told me "there aren't enough hours in the day." I understand scheduling is tough but a little compassion goes a long way in the medical field. I answer phones in the medical field as well and was absolutely appalled by her response.
