Doral Physical Therapy

Thanks to Ryan Navarro, I have avoided back surgery for a degenerative condition! I am very grateful to him for giving me the proper therapy, exercises, direction and supervision I have needed to successfully manage my condition and overcome my physical challenges and limitations. Ryan is very passionate about his profession and loves what he does….you can tell. He has instilled in me the confidence and a “can do” attitude, and I feel as if I have quality of life again. His staff (Solomon, Ben, and Gabe) are very friendly and professional, and are there to readily assist in my care when needed. They make sure I perform the exercises as instructed so that I attain the expected outcomes. Insofar as the administrative staff, Lourdes is very helpful and efficient by making sure all of my clinical and insurance documents are in order which helps to avoid any treatment disruptions. She is well versed in insurance benefits which minimizes any hassles. Leslie (front desk) is always very friendly and greets me when I arrive. Before leaving, he confirms I have my next appointment. This insures I have continuity in my care which has been instrumental in my outcome. This place is the complete package. I highly recommend Doral Physical Therapy to anyone who needs good quality care…my love to all!

After having knee surgery, Ryan Navarro and his talented team of professionals literally helped me get back on my feet and running. Without a doubt, this is the best physical therapy place in Miami. I'd also like to give a special thanks to Gabe, Dave, and Gio, as they were also an essential part of my recovery.

Just an overall lack of professionalism by the staff. Yeah they were friendly but they were all constantly talking amongst themselves and joking around instead of using their time towards the patients. The only time they acted like paid professionals was a week that a gentleman named Ron was there who you could absolutely tell was part of management because the staff was attentive and professional. No one was paying attention to the exercises you are doing so if you did them wrong you’ll never know. My therapist was nice and friendly but would be watching tv while giving a massage or talking on the phone to her car insurance. It’s a shame because the facility is nice and conveniently located. I hope this review serves as a step in the right direction for management in fixing these issues as my purpose is not to trash talk the people but help others who put their time and trust on these “professionals” to receive the treatment they need. Maybe I should have switched to one of the other therapist who seemed to be a bit more hands on and attentive. I ended up switching to another physical therapy center and was able to achieve more results in a fraction of the time.

I'm a whole new man, a Soldier again! I had the luxury of being treated by Doral Physical Therapy with Stefanie Rodriguez as my Therapist... yes, they're real doctors, but with swag 😎 You first enter with fist bumps and them already calling you by your first name. I felt like such a rockstar as it started with small talk, then would turn into deep conversation as deep as the massage they give. Stefanie would tell me the exercise and thoroughly demonstrate. The other staff would facilitate and critique my form. This was the best experience from any medical visit I've ever had! Thanks Doral at Physical Therapy!! I'm trying to break another bone just to come back!

Maidel, Solomon and everyone at the Doral Physical Therapy have given me the best Christmas present ever - getting the full range of motion back through their occupational therapist and scheduling to ensure I receive the best care! Thank you so much, and I can personally recommend all therapists!! Now they have completed the hard task of “putting me back together,” it’s up to me to maintain by working out and to keep them proud of my progress.

This place is great!!!! they’ve helped me with my recovery from a muscle rupture. The therapists and athletic trainers who work here are talented individuals who really care about their patients and getting them better. This clinic has a great and pleasant environment and even patients become great friends with each other. I am very happy with my encounters so far and will be coming if anything ever happens to me again 🤩 Elizabeth and Tamara always make me laugh and their willingness to always hear my concerns and provide encouragement have made my painful healing process that much smoother. I had a great experience with Doral Physical Therapy and Ryan Navarro! They were knowledgeable, professional, and really helped me to recover from my injury.
