I don’t feel welcome when talking to the front desk staff. The therapist is nice, but the front desk workers always seem to be in a bad mood. I got confused when we had a long conversation about choosing different time slots for my upcoming appointments. In the end, they printed the same times for all the days, which I didn’t expect, and I only noticed when I got home. Were they upset with me or something?

Dominican Hospital has a modo stating Human Kindness. I did not experience that at all . I was Late for my appointment and was humiliated for being late. iI went to that place for rehabilitation from a stroke. Being humiliated and scorned for being late to my appointment is not in my opinion "Human Kindness" I will seek my therapy somewhere else .

This office does not check messages for cancellation and does not communicate well regarding rescheduling and reminder confirmation. They claimed I had two cancellations in row which was not valid. One was 48 prior and one was a sick therapist and removed me from scheduling.

I was referred for vestibular therapy. After calling twice I received a call to schedule. Unfortunately the therapy was booked out almost two months; I scheduled however I requested my PCP transfer my referral to someone who could see me in a week rather than almost 8 weeks. I am not inclined to recommend this office. While I suppose staffing is an issue all around, I feel bad for those who do not have the flexibility to seek care in other locations and are at the mercy of delayed care.

Absolutely the Best physical therapy I’ve had in a long time. Yaisel is fantastic, ready for any challenge that may have come up, problem solving spirit, clear, caring, personable, and knows her stuff. And shock of shocks, actual hands on time, and a full hour session!! (What? Not cattle?! I was amazed to not be in the 20 minute schlepp you through kind of center). Plus it’s obviously a Great team of therapists. I’m happy/lucky my insurance covered it.

This is the absolute unprofessional place I have dealt with. They got my son' referral for speech therapy and never called us. I ended up calling them giving them all of our information and they told me someone would be back with me shortly to schedule an appointment. I never heard from them for a few days and called them again. The person I spoke to then told me there was a 1 to 2 month wait list and that they would never have called me because that's not how they do things. She explained that mom of the speech therapist have openings and wouldn't have one until a patient is discharge which could be longer. She said they have a "back log." I asked her to speak with a manager and she she that was her- she sits at the front deak. She then agreed to send me to the lead therapist only to put me on hold with no one picking up. I would NOT recommend even attempting to see someone there.

The Hand Rehabilitation center is great! I experienced a wonderful recovery of my distal phalanx avulsion with friendly and knowledgeable therapists. Without their care and expertise I would not be the Wine Slinger I am today!
