Doctors on Duty

I parked for free on the street and walked in as a new patient yesterday. My wait was under an hour and I was given notification throughout my wait time so I could walk around the downtown area where the office is located. Dr. Kaitlyn listened to and comprehensively addressed all of my health needs, providing me prescription refills and referrals then and there. I even had lab work done at their in office lab immediately after my appointment. When I passed out during the bloodwork, every doctor checked in on me as two nurses stayed with me holding the ice pack, smelling salts, apple juice boxes and granola bars for me until I recovered. Their staff proved highly capable and compassionate.

I feel really good about Doctors on Duty. Yesterday was my third visit there, twice to see a nurse practitioner, once just for information. While I was there yesterday I was struck by the efficiency and friendliness of all the employees, including Mallory the nurse and all the nurses who asked the questions and took the tests. I'm very pleased that I can see all the specialists I need to see, including the dermatologist and podiatrist, as well as my primary, at this one convenient facility.

the local DOCTORS ON DUTY is a wonderful resource w/ courteous and professional staff. the doctors are knowledgeable and thorough and the establishment is well equipped and cleanly. if there is a long wait they can make an 'appointment' for you to save you time. i could not get an office appointment with a private doctor's office for three weeks for my injury; D.O.D. took me immediately. i am very grateful to them.

Doctors on duty in Monterey is a fantastic facility. Doctors are great. Nurses are great. I went thrice here. Everytime it was a great experience. No prior appointment needed. They can give you a call when you are the next patient to be seen, so you don't have to sit there and wait. Very hygienic.

Michelle S. Was so amazing and helpful. She called to get information from company. Then called me back. She made everything so amazingly easy after having a hard time in Salinas location. Mia was also very nice.

The staff is friendly and professional and have great smiles. Dr neeraj makes you feel at home he is so friendly and knowledgeable of your situation, you know your in good hands. We need more doctors like him!

Subject: Complaint regarding a Nurse practitioner visit at Doctors on Duty I visited Doctors on Duty in Monterey twice and both times I received treatment from Ms. Kaitlyn Litton, nurse practitioner. I found her manner was highly inappropriate and offensive. During my visit, for every questions that I had she made a comment about my age which I don't have a chance of recovery as if I were a 90 year old with no hope for improvement. I am a 54 year old healthy woman with some pain here and there. I believe that all patients deserve to be treated with respect, empathy and encouragement. Even on the second visit after her 4th times comment that it's because of your age, I said to her: I've heard you the first time! But she didn't take the hint, and continued her disrespectful behavior. Both times that I went to this clinic for annual checkup I was happy but after I left I felt absolutely down and heartbreaking. I was sad how a person who studied the medical school can be so inconsiderate and unprofessional. I never want to see her again and I do Not recommend her at all. I request that this matter be investigated and an appropriate action be taken to ensure that no other patient experiences such treatment.

You do have to wait awhile to see someone but I have always had a very positive experience everytime that I have been here. Doctors and staff are great. I feel lucky to have a place this good so near to where I live.
