Doctors on Duty

I have been here twice now and had an excellent experience both times. The first time with Dr. Natalie Pope and the second time with Dr. Amanda Almon (I think that is their last name’s). Both of them took the time to listen to what was going on in my body and were very helpful. Also the entire team surrounding them from the front desk attendance to the nurses, everyone here is kind, helpful, follows through, easy to communicate with, and provide a wonderful experience for their patients. Even the referral team follows up consistently and does such a great job. I highly recommend coming to this clinic and you will be taken care of well. I also like that it is a small office and it’s very clean.

Had to go in for a work injury and follow up twice, I was very impressed with how efficient and how fast the staff worked to make the office flow. On top of that they were all very sweet and professional. The very best DOD in all Santa Cruz county. There's also The Farm Bakery and coffee house next door if you want to get coffee or lunch afterwards!

I have been having such a great experience with Dr Natalie Pope! She is personable, kind, professional, and helps with thinking out of the box to improve my health. Plus her and the team are very active with supporting with referrals and making sure there is follow through.

I went to the Aptos clinic for help after I badly cut my finger. They took me right in and took great care of me. They had me come back for a follow up which I did. Very thorough and efficient staff.

The level of service is truly outstanding! I receive my visit results promptly, and if there are any additional questions or referrals needed, the staff reaches out to me either the same day or the next day. I adore the Aptos location, and Cameo is absolutely wonderful and thorough with her assessment. I feel that my health is just as important to her as it is to me.

The community is in good hands with Drs on Duty especially Aptos Ca. Every visit I have had was positive with positive communication and feedback knowing everything will be ok. The employees there all deserve 5 stars.

There is no medical establishment in Santa Cruz County that has been more supportive, responsive, available, helpful for serious health issues other than Planned Parenthood.. This includes Sutter, Pamf, the women’s health collective and Emeline, I was forced to seek help in San Francisco, until I established at Doctors on Duty for my primary care. This is the sole place that has helped me reverse serious problems and gain my health back. Nowhere else is it easier to get an appointment or get support for specialist referrals. Most importantly, nowhere else has shown the kind of kindness and willingness to go above and beyond any care that I have ever received anywhere else in Santa Cruz County. When I started after a head injury, I was a challenging patient. Thank you to the office staff, the nurse practitioners, doctors and medical assistants. My new favorite medical assistant is Dulce, who brightens the room with her beautiful smile and proves to be an excellent phlebotomist ( blood draw) on me who has rolling and diving veins and usually needs a vein finder device at Quest. For those of you who have undiagnosed issues or cognitive challenges, I highly recommend Dr. Joy in Watsonville and Natalie Pope NP.~but they are all really good.

Appreciate the fact that the office was open on Memorial day. DR. Natalie Pope was friendly, kind, through and very professional. The staff was kind, helpful and professional.
