Doctors of Physical Therapy

I had total knee surgery in October and chose DPT because I had heard how excellent they were from other clients. I found them to be caring yet very professional. I saw my surgeon twice during my recovery and he was amazed at how agile I am. He called me the “poster child “ I am 86 years old!! I left for a month visit in California in January and was able to go with confidence with my walking and climbing stairs. I can’t say enough good things about the DPT group of therapists at the Princeton , Illinois office.

The four member team: Sonnie, Christine, Trisha, and Jonathon were excellent. They really complimented each other in helping me through the process of recovery after the surgical procedure on my knee. They were patient with me and spent a lot of time with me at each appointment. I never felt that I was being rushed so that they could go on to someone else. Their friendly, encouraging demeanor motivated me when I needed that the most. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy.

My experience was very good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They were encouraging and easy to work with. My pain level improved dramatically and my flexibility is so much better. Drs of Physical Therapy is the best Christmas present I’ve had this year! I have to update my accolades for the staff, and the mention some other people who have changed everything that is happening to me. I now often meet with Andrea on Saturdays and she is so patient and pushes me to do my very best. She was the first to suggest music with my sit-stands, and the difference was remarkable. I did not realize the change until Tricia and Sonny showed me a film of an early dance and then filmed a later dance. I was not ready for dancing with the stars, but I was amazed at the change. All of a sudden, within a month’s time, I was moving smoothly and with control. Today I saw my cardiologist and stood on 1 foot, which I could not imagine months ago. And I’m so much more stable that my neurologist is very surprised. The other person who has made a big difference is Kim. They both greet me with smiling faces so much enthusiasm that I can’t help but look forward to being there and I feel stronger every time I leave.

I recently had a total knee replacement with complications. I am an active senior and worried I would not regain my former level of mobility. The entire staff at this facility made me feel they cared and wanted to help me return to my highest potential. Together we established goals for myself and then did the work to achieve them. They are all professional, dedicated, friendly and caring. The facility is clean, quiet, and organized. My experience was amazing and now I have my life back! From the bottom of my heart I thank them all. I will always recommend this facility to everyone.

Excellent experience during my rehab for my right knee replacement. I would definitely recommend Doctors of Physical Therapy for anyone needing physical therapy. I am back to my old self, able to walk and go up and down stairs with no issues.

The staff is very knowledgeable and pleasant. The one on one approach that Doctors of Physical Therapy use is most helpful/productive and results in positive outcome. Also, Sonnie made sure my form was correct. I have worked with Sonnie for many years and feel she is the best!!! Thank you.
