Outstanding care at Doctors of Physical Therapy in Lombard! Can’t recommend them enough! I received hand therapy for an injury over several weeks by Julie Lynch and I made significant progress as a result of the therapy I received from Julie. DPT and each of their therapists and techs (and even the front receptionist) take great care of their patients- and I know my experience wasn’t unique, as I witnessed the great appreciation of so many of their other patients while I was there. I was somewhat dreading starting physical/occupational therapy, but Julie, Beth and the others made the experience not just pleasant, but enjoyable, and truly treat every patient that walks in the door with kindness and respect-and they are clearly very invested in improving the mobility and quality of life of each of their patients while making the therapy session more than comfortable and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my next inevitable injury and many thanks to Julie and the team at DPT. I really appreciate the excellent care that I received.

I have seen Denise Schneider several times and she is simply the best. She goes above and beyond to squeeze me in her busy schedule. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I needed physical therapy urgently, and without hesitation she got me in ! I personally have been dealing with BPPV and she fixes me every single time! She also followed up on me after a few days, you can tell she really cares and I whole heartedly appreciate her very much! If you need a fantastic PT this is your place. Thank you Denise !

DPT has been great on the several occasions I’ve been there… arms hand, shoulders. Most recently, my therapist, Denise, was excellent in listening and working with me at my level and progressing for great results. I highly recommend the Lombard DPT!

A patient will never be disappointed going for Occupational Therapy at DPT!! I never even knew all of this existed for hand therapy before, but they are truly fantastic therapists with a great deal of knowledge. They provide quality care, an individualized program that is tailored to each patient, and they listen to needs and concerns. They are also some of the nicest and kindest people you could ever meet, and they all work together really well. All the therapists talk and exchange information, so if you have a different person than the primary/main therapist, it is never a problem. They have a great deal of experience and take time with each patient always. The assistants are equally fantastic, always there to explain, help, answer questions. I definitely recommend any of them for your recovery needs!! The woman scheduling appointments is great, too, and that makes the entire process easier. Everyone there does an exceptional job!

I have been dealing with chronic neck pain for many years. Denise did an amazing job identifying exercises that I was comfortably able to do. She continued to adjust the movements as I progressed with my therapy and always checked in to ensure I was prepared and felt confident doing the exercises at home. I was very surprised at how much my range of motion improved. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Everyone at the clinic was so caring. Denise was on vacation during some of my treatment. Both therapists who stepped in for her were equally caring and continued care without missing a beat. Each person I worked with had a slightly different angle to ensuring I had good results. I appreciated how they took the time to really make a difference. It was so nice to be around people who really care about what they do! It was also so nice to see such great results! Over the past 10 years, i've needed hand & arm therapy twice. Once for tennis elbow years ago and recently for recovery following double hand surgery (carpal tunnel release and trigger thumb release). Both times, despite the many suggestions offered to me by my doctors and surgeons, I sought out Julie Lynch at Doctors of Physical Therapy in Lombard, IL. Julie is without question the best hand therapist in Chicagoland -- and she proved that again with my recent need. As a musician, I had anxiety about the recovery I could expect following my surgery but Julie had a plan for therapy in her DPT location; she gave me therapy that I could do between sessions and she gave me piece of mind that all would be OK. She was right of course. I am well on my way to a full recovery. While I worked with Julie Lynch, and recommend her highly, the entire team at DPT is a joy -- showing patients kindness and personalized care.
