The doctors and nurses are great. The receptionist staff needs more courtesy training. On the way to a recent appointment, my air conditioning failed. I was looking forward to getting there so, at least I could get a drink of water. The facility has no water dispensers. I asked the receptionist for a cup so I could get a drink of water from the bathroom faucet and explained that I was on the edge of dehydration due to the 100⁰+ heat. Sre rudely told me that they didn't have any cups. Being in a wheelchair, I was able, with the assistance of another patient, in the waiting area, get into a restroom and get some water by cupping my hands under the dirty looking faucet. When I got back to to see the nurse, she was able to get a couple of cups for me in less than 10 seconds.

Best group of Orthopedic Doctors around. I love the office staff and office manager. Nurses Angela and Mindy are awesome. Doctor Tapscott and Nurse Angela are a class “A” team. I would recommend to anyone.

Dr Nalamlieng is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Came in and had my issue resolved. He answered all my question and listened to the concerns I had regarding my issue.

They are not military friendly at all. If you are a retired vet and need care, this is not the place to turn to because their snotty receptionists will let you know they won't accept Tricare without a referral. Newsflash. Retired vets don't need referrals. Stop assuming that people can't afford medical bills on their own.

Yet *another* glowing review for Dr. Daigre!!! Broke my ankle and fibula in two spots unexpectedly, being down for this independent gal it was misery! Got in the same day it happened and just happened to land in Dr. Daigre’s care and I have been soooo impressed with him. The ankle is better, I can call my ankle a bionic ankle now, and I am less than a month out and have almost zero pain!!! That is a FINE JOB! Everyone in the office (minus the bald splint/cast technician with zero personality) have been so kind and are quick to call you back with any concerns you may have. Wish I could give ten stars!!! I am a CRNP and will forever refer my pts to DOC for orthopedic needs! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I've had both knees replaced by Dr. Hallock from this practice. The process from start to finish has been a very positive experience. No issues whatsoever. Everyone did their job well.
