Amazing staff. Both my doctor and physicians assistant were amazing. Quick, to the point, and accurate on everything. Super friendly as well. (Brunkhorst and Mollie) Physical therapist was amazing and knew her job to the T. Helped me get back on my feet in no time! Very friendly and easy to hold a conversation with so it made physical therapy very enjoyable. (Allison) I would recommend DMOS without a doubt as they take patient care seriously.

The people at DMOS are the greatest. I am a firm believer in Therapy rather than go to a doctor for every little ache. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy. They give sound advice and direction and provide you with detailed instruction of what things you can do at home to speed recovery. I highly recommend them for any PT or Hand Therapy needs.

Spent a few weeks visiting Nicole in the Physical Therapy Department, as I was having terrible trouble with my hip and lower back for several weeks. (Have had arthritis for several years.) Very pleasant to work with, listened to my concerns, and we took it slow. She assigned me a number of PT exercises I could do at home in-between sessions, and I continued getting better. Came time that she released me from the in-clinic treatment, and advised me that I should continue working on my own at home and call if I need return treatment. Good job, Nicole! Cleanliness of clinic ... 5 stars Friendliness of staff ... 5 stars Therapist ... 5 stars Great job, DMOS Ankeny.

They were running nearly an hour late, then rushed me through as it was the end of the day. I'm still disputing changes for services I didn't receive (my visit was in August) and have had to follow up multiple times, each time being told it would be forwarded and then nothing is done. Staff were friendly and seemed knowledgeable during the visit but due to the other aspects of my visit and what I believe to be dishonest billing practices, I won't return.

When I initially visited with the doctor, I thought that surgery would correct my problem. The tendon (can't remember the name) that causes your fingers to curl into the palm was damaged. Not due to an accident, but just old age wear and tear. So, no nice clean cut to attach. The doctor explained that surgery would not really "fix" the problem; in fact, might make it worse. So, he sent me for hand therapy to teach me how to work with what mobility I had, and to strengthen the muscles in my hand. In retrospect, I appreciate his candor.

Nicole was very good a, friendly and very professional. The gals at the desk were warm, friendly and professional. I plan to be back as I had some unexpected issues and have to have more therapy.

I recently completed PT with Allison. The staff is all great, the facility is excellent. It is convenient and easy to get to the PT area. And Allison rocks!
