How does anyone make an appointment with this place? Called several times to try to make a new patient appointment with an ENT. I kept getting transferred for an answering service, which I left a message on, and did not receive a call back from. Any time I call, I get transferred to a different voicemail. I cannot talk to someone directly in scheduling. Apparently the main number does not direct you to people in scheduling, although the main menu says to press "1" for scheduling appointments. Very confusing and frustrating.

Clinic and staff are great but... their portal? It's a$$. Seriously- doesn't work for much. Tried to update primary payer- unable to. Tried to send a message for med refills- says I need to provide where to send it and... there is no option. The portal records are lacking as well. It's literally the most useless patient portal ever.

No call after referral was sent to their office. I followed up 2 weeks and left message with referral specialist. No response. 3 days later I called again. My call was sent to a unassigned mailbox and hung up call. I made a third call and was redirected but no answer. Very frustrating just trying to get care for my special needs child.

I Take my sister to see the dental and primary care. They are always so kind to her and make her feel very welcome! Np Newberg in the primary care is very thorough and very kind and understanding! Dr. Young in the dental department was very great with explaining the treatment plan with me. Justin the hygienist is always so kind with my sister and very thorough with his cleanings.

We just saw the dentist at this location and they were amazing! My son is very tall and strong, nonverbal, and has a lot of difficulty sitting calmly. He's also constantly dealing with sensory processing problems. Dentists have been a nightmare experience for him in the past, and this was our first time to the DMG dental office. Our last dentist was usually in a hurry and didn't want to take the time to work with my son. He actually told us that he would need to be sedated for thorough cleaning. But this clinic was patient with him. They were understanding about his sensory needs and had the tools they needed to keep him safe and comfortable and to do everything that they needed to. And they didn't rush him. It's the first time my son has had a thorough cleaning since he was a very little guy. And he did awesome. Partly due to all the hard work my son has done in therapies, but mostly because staff knew how to take care of him. It's a huge relief. I think my son even enjoyed the experience. He was definitely proud of himself with all the praise he received, from both myself and the incredible staff. I also appreciate the preventative care and directions they provided. Because, of course, my goal is that he never needs to be sedated for something preventable, like a cavity.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a Dr here , the orthopedic Ryan miller that I believe also sees patients at banner health clinic. He has the most nasty and unprofessional attitude, my son had 4 unsuccessful surgeries in his tibia at a different hospital with a different orthopedist Dr so we went to Miller for a 2nd opinion. He was arrogant when i mentioned my sons condition which he had no experience whatsoever on it and said he tried a surgery on México on a child with the same condition yet that was his only time he ever did..i mentioned to him about a dr who specialized on that condition and if he heard of him and all he did was talk bad about him and said this words to me “if you go with the Dr don’t think to come back to follow up with me I won’t see or treat your child after” yet we end up going to that Dr on a different state to treat my son’s condition and he is 3 years healed now!! I will never forget Dr millers disgusting attitude and just the way he talks is so heartless and unsympathetic , I don’t even know how he is even a Doctor that treats children …

I love all the Dr's we see here. We go to behavioral health, I was very lucky to find them.
