My family member was transferred to this facility from another NH. We are very pleased with the care he is receiving. Everyone is very kind and respectful. He loves being there. It is so clean and has a homely atmosphere. He is receiving therapy as ordered. I highly recommend this facility if you need professional nursing care done with love. Thanks to Ms Christian and her entire staff for a a job well done.

Diversicare of Shelby is a Nursing Home for the books. A HOME that is center-on providing adequate healthcare services to those in need. While visiting my grandmother, I have established a relationship with several staff members. They are so attentive and caring. My grandmother is happy to be here.

The most messiest nursing home I have ever seen. They have no compassion for the family members and they act very unprofessional. I would never trust them with my loved one!

This place is horrible! The nurses are nice for the most part but my grandmother went here for rehabilitation and has not had the first minute of rehab in the week she’s been here! How is she to recover from a hip surgery without rehab??? They are falsely charging Medicare and Medicaid for services my grandmother is not getting. Can’t wait to get her transferred ASAP before this place lets her die of blood clots and bedsores! I’ll be reporting this to the department of health and welfare and to Medicare for fraud!

My grandmother was there. She really enjoyed being there and especially loved having her own room. The staff worked hard with getting her back on her feet. The center took the time to get to know her and worked around her schedule.
