I am continually impressed by Dr. Rachel Sandhu's professionalism, expertise and passion for educating her clients. I was experiencing a great deal of postpartum discomfort and pain until Dr. Rachel Sandhu worked closely with me. She listened attentively and took great care to make me feel at ease during therapy. Her thorough explanations have given me new insight into various muscle groups that have been problematic in addition to the fitting exercises she recommended in between appointments targeted specific areas I needed. Her expertise truly helped me transform and build new muscle memory. I recommend her to everyone I know looking for a physical therapist and/or pelvic floor therapist who will truly listen and facilitate healing.

My experience with Rachel couldn’t have been better. I started going to her post partum for pelvic floor therapy and was amazed at her knowledge and expertise. She takes the time to address every concern and personalize each session to the individual. Would highly recommend her to anyone requiring physical therapy!

I was treated by Dr. Sandhu after tweaking something in my back during strength training and experiencing a lot of tightness in my back, neck, and shoulders. I had never been to a physical therapist before and Rachel was able to fit me into her schedule on short notice. She immediately put me at ease with her kind and professional manner. She thoroughly explained everything while she was assessing me and spent a significant amount of time working on me to release the tightness. I immediately felt better after my sessions with Rachel! She is very knowledgeable and she gave me several exercises to do on my own to release the tight areas and improve range of motion. I will certainly return to Rachel for any future physical therapy needs and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent physical therapist.

I went to Dr. Rachel after spraining my knee and she took me in very last minute. She is such a great professional, kind and made me feel extremely comfortable. She showed me the best exercises to gradually gain back my mobility. Her studio is cozy and well equipped with everything needed.

I began experiencing some discomfort during the third trimester of pregnancy and I was seeking a physical therapist with experience working with women in the perinatal period. I was very fortunate to find Dr. Rachel Sandhu. Dr. Sandhu provided tailored recommendations, thoughtful insights, and useful exercises that helped to improve my symptoms. On an emotional level, Dr. Sandhu provided encouragement and a safe place for me to share my thoughts. The sessions were incredibly helpful, and I wholeheartedly recommend working with Dr. Sandhu.

My experience with Dr. Sandhu and District Physical Therapy has been nothing short of amazing. I first starting seeing Dr. Sandhu prenatally to help with SI joint pain, and continued to see her throughout my pregnancy and postpartum period. She was an invaluable source of information and made me feel confident going into labor and recovery afterwards. It's obvious she truly cares about her patients--appointments are never rushed and she follows up on a regular basis. Dr. Sandhu is hands down the best physical therapist I've ever worked with!

Rachel is excellent. The time and care she takes with her clients is unique and hard to find these days. She is insightful and good at teaching ways to self-manage your condition, in addition to her care.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rachel Sandhu. I saw her for PT therapy for both of my pregnancies (during and after). She is thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in your pelvic floor health!
