I truly cannot say enough good things about how my experience with District Performance & Physio. I had a calf injury while running, and after multiple months of doing physical therapy at another business, I was not getting better and was struggling to even walk without pain. I was so discouraged and was truly at my wit's end. I went back to the doctor repeatedly to confirm that he had not misdiagnosed me. After the doctor told me I just needed to stick with physical therapy, I decided to try a new physical therapist. I Googled physical therapists near my office and came across District Performance & Physio. With so many five star reviews, I figured it was worth a shot. From my first visit to District Performance & Physio, I noticed a huge difference in how I was treated there versus the physical therapist where I was going earlier. Instead of having my physical therapist throw every exercise in the book in me, the physical therapists at District Performance & Physio took the time to really listen to me and put together a plan that would work for me. Over the past months, I have seen huge improvements in my pain levels and ability to engage in physical activity. I am now back to running, which I am so happy about! My primary physical therapist is Ariella but I have seen Emily some too and they are both wonderful. And whenever I see Emily instead of Ariella, I love how they have taken the time to talk about me and my treatment plan and I never feel like I need to catch them up. And it is so easy to communicate with Ariella during the week as well if I ever have a question come up. Like I said, I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I have had a wonderful experience working with Ariella for pelvic floor therapy postpartum. She is comprehensive, kind, and extremely supportive. Ariella listened to my goals and has helped me achieve them - I’ve gotten back into the gym and am lifting weights again! I highly recommend pelvic floor therapy for all pregnant and postpartum women and Ariella is terrific.

District Performance & Physio is one of the best practices that I have experienced. Jesse and his team work with me on my current needs to keep me growing and moving injury free. I'm impressed not only by Jesse's deep knowledge of fitness and the human body, but also by how he personalizes the treatment and exercises to meet my needs. Whether you are an athlete in your prime or a senior citizen or just someone looking to improve your quality of life, you will find Jesse and his team to be a super resource and a great team to work with.

District Performance and Physio, specifically Ariella, is the absolutely best of the best. I was training for a marathon and started having really bad issues with my knee. I was feeling discouraged and overwhelmed. Ariella was positive, honest and her expertise and therapies allowed me to get back to training and cross the finish line almost pain free.

Emily and the entire District Performance & Physio team is phenomenal! I came to the practice in July with a sudden hip injury and a tight turn around period to heal the flareup before my marathon in October. The team was immediately responsive in getting me in that week and since beginning PT, Emily has exceeded expectations. She is an excellent listener with a clear passion for helping her clients achieve their goals, and she is always excited to celebrate even the smallest successes. Emily was instrumental in creating a plan that allowed me to continue running as much as possible throughout my recovery period - even when I came in each week with new aches and pains. After 3 months of working with Emily, I was able to cross the Marine Corps finish line at my stretch time goal - something I didn’t believe possible when I first hobbled into the physio office. Thank you so much to Emily and the entire team - I can’t recommend highly enough!

I had the pleasure of working with Emily, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I had been struggling with a persistent foot problem for a long time, and Emily was instrumental in resolving it. From the very beginning, Emily demonstrated exceptional listening skills and a genuine care for my fitness goals. She took the time to understand my concerns and crafted a treatment plan that was both effective and easy to follow. Her ability to explain each step of the process clearly made me feel confident and informed throughout my treatment. Thanks to Emily's expertise and dedication, my foot pain was eliminated in a remarkably short period of time. Her professionalism and compassionate approach truly set her apart.

I’ve been working with Emily on knee issues that have come up in marathon/ultra marathon training. She’s been such an amazing help, and helps me find a balance between recovering from the injury while staying running and cross training. We are always coming up with new ways to keep me feeling strong, and I especially appreciate that Emily is super responsive over email when I have questions between sessions!

I love TJ at District Performance & Physio! He understands the movements involved in and common bodily afflictions that come with my sport (Olympic Weightlifting). He has been so helpful in addressing my shoulder pain with strength training and mobility drills. He recognizes faulty movement patterns and understands that the body part experiencing the problem may not necessarily be the cause of the problem. He is patient and thoughtful and has helped me to move through injury recovery while still being able to train. I highly recommend him and everyone at District PP!
