District Performance Care

Dr. Green has been fantastic. I had an older injury that recently flared up again, and she has helped clear it up very quickly. She's also super friendly--physical therapy can be really awkward sometimes, but she is great at helping patients feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her to anybody.

Dr. Green is really great. She is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I pulled my hamstring and I am so glad that I went to see her because she gave me great advice (advice that I would not have guessed). I am feeling much better and she continues to be a great resource.

Dr. Green is wonderful. I appreciated her personalized care with a foot and ankle problem. The exercises she gave me were excellent and working with her gave me the confidence to return to my regular activities. The hour-long appointments were fantastic with a mix of manual therapy and challenging exercises. I learned a lot from her!

Dr. Green is the best!! She’ll take your pain. I jammed my finger playing softball and it has been hurting for a few weeks now. She was able to get me back in the game without telling me to rest like everyone else. Great interaction and extremely personable. You’re not rushed in and out like at other physical therapy places and doctor’s office. Plus, I just contacted her to schedule without needing to see my doctor first (who knew?) Highly recommend getting treated by her.

All I can say is you're in good hands with Dr. Green. Hands down the best physical therapist in town. Not only does she know her craft but makes you feel right at home. The personal side to her business it what sets her apart from the rest. If you are in search of someone who will get you back to where you need to be or simply just want to relax for a massage, Dr. Green is who you need to contact. Can't wait to go back.

Many people think there are seven wonders of the world. Well, those people obviously haven't been to District Performance Care. The PT here, Dr. Green, is amazing. I was struggling with foot problems and plantar fasciitis and after one treatment of dry needling I had no pain!! She explains everything very simply to make sure you understand the entire process because I'm not a huge fan of needles to begin with...but everything was great! I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Dr. G is amazing! Very knowledgeable about the cause of injury and treatment alternatives for returning back to running. Very informative about home exercises in efforts to enhance my progression when I am not in her presence. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. G to any and everyone dealing with injuries and wanting to return to their prior level of function faster.

Rhianna is the best PT I know! Very knowledgeable and caring. She treats every patient like she would her own family member. You are in great hands with Rhianna!
