As a first-time patient, my experience was extremely disappointing. I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed, filled out the necessary paperwork, and waited in the room. After a considerable wait, I had to return to the main office to ask about the doctor’s arrival, only to learn he wouldn’t be in for another 30 minutes. It’s baffling that such a delay occurred without any communication. I was genuinely looking forward to my first chiropractic visit, but this experience has left me frustrated. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I was referred to Discover by my nephew and it has been a welcoming experience. Dr. Ellis and his staff are very nice. Every appointment has been enjoyable and his attention to your individual needs are greatly appreciative. It's scary to deal with the aftermath of an accident or whatever physical reason you need care, however, Discover has a calming atmosphere. I love talking to the staff and it's just an overall great experience.

Dr. Ellis and Ashley are very kind and always make me feel welcomed. The office is very clean, quiet, and always smells great. They have nice equipment that can be used to target your problem areas. They are also very fast and have flexible availability which is good for people like myself who have busy schedules. This office is so peaceful that I didn’t just get major improvement with my back pain, but a relaxed mind, body and spirit as well.

Dr. Ellis and his staff are amazing, friendly people that truly make you feel comfortable and welcomed from the second you step in. Visits are inexpensive and just one treatment has relieved my back pain. I work in stocking, so going regularly helps immensely. They can schedule you within the next day most of the time which I love the convenience of as well. This is a great place to go for anyone with back pain, you can't beat the service for the cost!

I came to Dr. Ellis after 2 back surgeries and a auto accident with damage to my cervical and lumbar spine. Dr Ellis, within a couple of weeks, had me feeling relief that I had note felt in years.
