Dr. Azab is a nice doctor. He cares about his patients and the office staff is very accommodating. It’s never too crowded and overall good place to receive therapy.

The facility is very clean and the staff is great! Dr. Malak is very personable and makes everyone feel so comfortable! The treatment that you will receive here is better than any other office I have been to. Dr. Malak really cares about each and every one of his patients!
After shoulder surgery and having to do PT being a patient of Dr. Malak Azab has been a pleasure. Glad I choose him. Clean and calming environment. His knowledge and structured plan to get you back into everyday life is amazing. His staff is always friendly, accommodating and in a good mood. Would highly recommend!

I’m seeing great results with my on going physical therapy! I was injured 3 years ago at work. I was hurt in multiple places around my body. However, my main concern was my terrible stabbing pain on my left shoulder blade and the never ending pinch on the back of my neck. Originally the pain was a constant 5 or a 6/10 but after a long day of work and strenuous activities, the pain would easily climb to a 7/10. On the worst days of the week, it would reach an 8/10 pain, usually after a very long car ride or being seated behind a computer all day, plus a bit of heavy lifting. While my pain still reaches a 5 or 6/10, I can go multiple hours before a road trip really begins to take a toll. Generally I’m at a 4/10 but I without a doubt have faith the pain will go away! Thank you to the kind staff and doctor Malak for their ongoing hard work! 👍🏼
Have been going to PT now for about 11 sessions for neuropathy and spinal decompression I am feeling so much better. First time in years I actually do not know I have feet. No pain, no burnimg, they feel so much better. My back is improving with each session. Dr. Azab is so pleasant and caring. His staff at the front desk and in PT are always pleasant and work very hard . I am glad I found this place and and looking forward to continued improvement in the coming sessions.
