Direct Physical Therapy

I am so happy I found Direct Physical Therapy. Mason is warm and friendly. He really talks you through your session and explains very clearly what is going on. Just the knowledge he imparts to the patient helps the healing process. I truly believe dry needling is amazing. The results I have received when I had tennis elbow and an injured shoulder were nothing short of miraculous. I cannot say enough great things about about DPT, Mason and Chrissy and highly recommend this practice.

I think it’s easy to tell when someone actually cares about your healing and progress. That’s what is so great about Mason and the DPT team. everyone cares about your care and well-being, calls are always returned and they ALWAYS follow up to check in on progress. It’s one thing to have the training, it’s another to take that training and implement it with passion and care.

Mason and staff are wonderfully kind, charismatic and accommodating professionals that nurture a welcoming environment for all patients that come through the doors. Mason’s enthusiasm is only outdone by his deep understanding and knowledge that he communicates in a way that is accessible to all. I am impressed by the modalities used in his office and wish I had found him sooner in my healing journey. I cannot recommend Direct Physical Therapy enough!

I have visited Dr. Mason multiple times over the past year or so and have always been thoroughly impressed. He is a doctor that genuinely listens to your concerns and provides great explanation of his diagnosis and treatment plan. I appreciate his use of data to track progress and he is just a great person to work with. He also gives you exercises to work on at home (which I could definitely be better at using!) I also really value the fact that he offers dry needling, a treatment that I find to be rare here in western PA. I highly recommend Dr. Mason and his team!

If I could give Mason 10 stars I would! I have not had relief in my neck and back in many years due to fibromyalgia and especially recently after an accident. Mason had me feeling amazing after just one appointment, and continues to give great care weekly. I look forward to our appointments! Mason is also very personable and easy to talk to! A true gem!

I recently had my left knee replaced and Mason provided me with out patient therapy beginning 2 weeks after surgery. After 19 sessions I am extremely satisfied with both the process and results achieved working at Direct Physiotherapy under the care of Mason Tupta. Mason designed a therapy program that with patient commitment enabled me to achieve results that exceeded my expectations. Mason is very knowledgeable and explains the logic behind each facet of the program and its importance in attaining the desired result. He creates a very positive environment. Each session was challenging but enjoyable. I would recommend Mason to anyone. I have had four significant orthopedic surgeries, unfortunately, and the physical therapy that I received from him was the best.

Highly recommend. Regular PT didn't resolve my pain and limp and I started going to Direct Physiotherapy. It was a very focused approach. Mason spent every minute of every appointment with me.... I never had to wait for him to finish with another patient. I don't think I've ever experienced this level of personal attention.... making sure I had the right technique on every excercise and stretch. He and Chrissy are very personable and I looked forward to my appointments.

I am so impressed by Dr. Mason. When I injured my neck I feared I would never fully recover. I could barely move my head without intense pain. After 2.5 weeks the pain was worsening despite getting treatment from a chiropractor so I reached out to Direct Physiotherapy. At my very first appointment with Dr. Mason he was able to accurately diagnose and treat my neck injury. I came in with my head tilted to one side and he told me he would get it centered before I left and he did. Not only was I able to move my head to both sides again, I was also finally relieved from the intense pain after just one visit. Dr. Mason is highly knowledgeable, skilled, attentive, and personable. If you are looking for a PT, I recommend him without any hesitation!
