Direct Physical Therapy is the best option for rehabilitation and recovery. Cindy is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She worked with my schedule and I still do at home therapy exercises to maintain my progress. My range of motion improved greatly and my pain level decreased tremendously. I am very happy with my results and would recommend her for anyone dealing with pain or looking to move better.

I was very skeptical at first but the help that Cindy gave me has been outstanding! My pain was so severe, I could barely lift my arm. Cindy has really helped me.. She is patient. She listens well. If you are having pain issues, I would highly advise doing Physical Therapy with Cindy!
