Went to Dental They were Fast n Very Polite and i got tooth extraction they applied proper meds to where i didnt feel a thing. I will be comming back and im rating them 5 stars GOOD JOB D.M.C DENTAL Staff

Had a very good experience when bringing my grandmother to the ER. The staff was attentive and made great efforts to listen to my grandmothers concerns. Great team!

I had the worst experience at this hospital on Sept., 2023. The place was not busy at all, less than a dozen people. Yet the staff forgot they have patients, the wait was long, an hour and a half. They ordered x-rays, another hours wait to get x-rays. Then the longest wait began for the results. I told the reception area I’ve been waiting an hour, the receptionist let them know. Another 30 minutes I let them know again, another 30 minutes went by. Finally, one of the staff came out and I told them about the long wait again, she went in back and told the Nurse Practitioner. I was finally called and the NP says “I’m so sorry I forgot about you”, I says “You’ve kept us waiting, including my sister and my 90 year old mother are also waiting, this is one of the most stressful experience I’ve gone through at a hospital”. The staff were sitting around talking in a circle doing nothing. I’ll never go to Dilkon Indian Health Service again, until they change the way they handle patients accordingly, positively and in the patients best interest.

today i was at the dilkon medical center and a girl put the swab in my nose and my nose start to bleed and i had to go to the restroom and Clean It up.

Called at 9:40pm on a Tuesday and it rang for 10 minutes before I hung up. Typical Indian Health Service Customer Care.

They have great employee An great view an alot of parking area an great cleaning ....GOOD Job 100%

The wait times are not long at all. I’ve been there a few times.
